  1. the 4 holes are there for a pin spanner to unscrew the 3" collar, once unscrewed slide up off the fork leg then then you can remove the seal i've got a diagram if you need one
  2. maybe you've adjusted the lever so much that the master cylinder won't auto fill anymore. The piston in the master cylinder has to come nearly all the way out to allow the brake fluid reservoir to top up the system. on my 06 rev 3 i added some spacers behind the bolts on the clutch plates to give the clutch springs the gripping pressure they had when they were new, think i made them 11.5mm bore, 15mm outside diameter and 2mm thick, it just allows the clutch to grip a bit better

  12. if it takes an allen key, then its generally a HEX SOCKET CAP SCREW, it is measured by thread dia i.e 8mm dia = M8, and its length from its shoulder. for example: ask for M8 x 25L hex socket cap screw, most screws and bolts are measured in the same way apart from countersunk screws which are measured by total length. also you may want to state material i.e 12.9 high tensile or zinc plated or stainless steel. also see here

Once you've removed the bearing, measure its outside diameter, its inside diameter and it width. Try and select your bearing from HERE there's loads to look through. if possible get a maintainence free one possibly in the GE..-UK section, once you've found the correct size ring up a local bearing supplier and tell them its an INA Radial spherical plain bearing and quote the code i.e GE10-UK, bet it isn't anymore than
