at the end of the video it says the release date is september 2007!!!
cool bike tho - a fun trail riding bike, think it'll be more popular in the states...
Take note Montesa/Scorpa etc!!!
This new Beta is what 4 strokes should be like - a well developed, designed and thought out engine..
NOT oversized mx/enduro derivated lumps of metal.... that yam lump in the scorpa looks HUGE compared to the tiny Beta..
Major kudos to Beta for taking their time (apparently 4 years) in developing the engine from stratch and not going down the route that others have taken.
However it still remains to be seen how it rides... can't wait to see how they fare in the SSDT....
P.S. Agree with you Andy - Beta's PR needs improving!!! However big up to TC for being the first....

This is the earliest fantic I can think of and find with both F&R disc brakes, it is a 1987 303 model. If it is not this bike, it may be possible that you have got an older model that had its brakes converted to disc by someone??

Graham,
The best guy to ask is Bill Pye, he knows Fantic through and through - best place to get parts for Fantic bikes in the UK. If you live near the North East of England, the address is
Frankfield Garage
Great Ayton
Middlesbrough
North Yorks
TS9 6BZ
Give him a call on 01642 722378 - he will help you out.

Nae probs BA; be interesting to see what they have come up with... 2t or 4t??
I had the 95 and 96 Fantic Sections; was good but felt really fragile... much preferred the old Fantics of the 80s - was strong and sturdy and build 2 last!
The Milan show is on at the end of November but the Paris show opened last week though - doesn't look like fantic showed anything there so guess we'll have to wait for a while yet..
