Has anyone replaced the rubber cush drives and replaced them with an alternative on the rear wheel?
-
105 main is too rich I run a 98, 38 pilot and middle groove on needle, same as my TLR200. If the bike has been left with fuel in the bowl I would strip it and put it in an ultra sonic bath.

Thanks Vinnied

I have a cub engine with T20 97513, Any ideas what the year of manufacture was?

I have a tiger cub with the engine # T20 97513, Could someone tell me the date of manufacture?

Do you have to take the front engine bolts out? The head nuts are the long type which I assume makes the studs shorter, so should give a little more clearance.

Can the cylinder head be removed with engine in frame?

The higher the better 6 inch fatbars

I run mine on Rockshocks(390mm) and they work a treat, and you can adjust them for sag so you get more grip in muddy conditions. They can be overhauled very cheap and done by yourself. Take 20 minutes to replace the oil. I previously run NJB's and Betor and they are not in the same league. Also you were talking about the power bomb exhaust, I have one fitted and it does give you more grunt on bottom end.

Yes, just checked website. Thanks

I'm looking to purchase a RS200T. Can someone tell me the engine number pre-fix starts RS200T ? As I don't want to buy one with the wrong engine

Took mine out for a test yesterday and it run great, first is no use at all, (too short) second is the gear I'd use in sections. It run sweet so I will run it as it is. Running 11 front 53 rear sprockets.

Mine has a 92 main in so should be ok then. It has a 48 slow/idle jet and a D33 needle. It was bought from Inmotion not long ago. The bike runs sweet and pulls 4th gear on steep hill climbs. I want to start using it in classic trials to give my beloved TLR a rest. I done a Welsh twinshock round last week on her and I hated putting her through that hell. It was brutal. Anyway thanks for your help. I will let you know how I get on, hope to get out this week and give her a run out. Regards, Stuart

Are you looking for a new carb or new jets. I bought a kit from a firm in the USA from Sigma 6 and it transformed the bike. It will not stall now and it pulls from low revs sweet. The kit comprises of main jets(3) slow jet, needle and small washers to fine tune the position of the needle. The cost was something like £16 delivered(bargain).
