They should have used you in 1994 for this instead of Jason Finn lol look forward to seeing your video.
-
Video really starts at 1min
-
This is 17 years ago, unreal, look at 3:11 all on the back wheel, a man before his time, I would have loved to see him ride in world rounds, looks like he could have wiped the floor, there must have been a lot more money in his shows than he could have ever earned riding trials.
-
-
I saw the main man Jason Finn there (Millenium Stadium in Cardiff), a couple of times, he had the crowds going wild, its a great event, it would be awesome to go and see Toni Bou in action.
-
Just seen Japan, None Stop lol, it's got to be the worst decision in Trials up to date, what on earth have they done to the sport, the riders are stopping, its making it more difficult for the observers, I found myself laughing while watching, it should be called, "None Stop well just for a second or two" this is why Trials is a minority Sport, because there are too many idiots in charge making bad decisions.
Progression is sometimes a backward step, this is one of those backward steps.
-
My thoughts too Zippy! Thought I would post it here as to have another look to make sure lol

Let me some this up, no stop is NOT hardcore, its going back to the old days, No Stop is not going to do anything at all, the top riders will pull further away, why you ask? Cos they will be on line and ready to go at some big obstacle, the lesser riders will not be so on line and will go for the big obstacle on line or not, and have more crashes etc, please remember this post, you mark my words, the top riders are there for one reason, their ability, not their hopping skills, the same riders will sport the same positions with bigger margins between the lesser riders!
-
I have to disagree, Bou rides None World Championship Indoors during World Outdoor and Indoor events, the scottish being one of those events that have the easiest sections and has much less risk of Bou getting injured!! look what Bou practises on pre season!!! I still think he would clean up in Scotland!! it's just not on Honda's or Bou's agenda at the moment! You cannot compare any other Rider to Bou!
-
Oh please come on, a clubman could ride the scottish but not a chance of a World Round!! Bou is the greatest, only World indoor/outdoor needs to state just that, lampkins logo has 12 in it, being indoor and outdoor titles, Jordi's has 7 in his being outdoor wins!! nice to win the Scottish and the Scott, but i'm sure Bou's goal is to be the greatest World Championship Rider ever!! There have been World Champions that have had no inspirational style, thats apart from Tarres, Bou, and maybe Colomer
-
Should put people in charge who actually ride trials! and thats not guys who are 100 years old, modern trials needs modern people!!
-
Beautifully shot, no hand cam used on this video!!
-
Eddie Lejeune is correct, although we must remember that this video is 14 years old!!!! And still looks current.
Bou is the best for sure, Jason was the first and best at what he done although Jason done it on bike's that are nowhere near the standard of modern bikes of today! Look at the old post on here of Jason in 1995 on a Gas Gas jt called "ride it" doing back hops when people were not even thinking of such things, credit where credit is due!!!!
-
I would get her repaired.
-
Check out 2:43 and also 3.32
-
Thank you for the pictures of the bikes, the Italjet's have always been beautiful looking bikes, they just ring "Trials" to me.
