Hi Shane, you will get a PM from me. The Rear guard is a 349 Montesa one...the one with the repsol sticker kit. I got it from a guy off ebay. May have been dave renham not sure. 240 pegs I move back 2,5cm and lower 1,5cm. On a 300 I move the back about 1,5 but lower still by 1,5cm. I have done many now and thats what I like but I cant explain why...feels right I would mod the head angle, definitely.....

steve goode is as good as any...nice man... for fork seals
500ml atf is ok for gearbox
200-220 in the forks. 5w is ok, more if you are riding harder
use 75:1 if you ride like a trials bike, only fully synthetic, I use elf
use 60:1 if you like trails and 50:1 if you ride it like a motocrosser.

flywheel cases are expensive. If the chain jumps off you risk alot. why cant you wait?

The fitted coil is wrong...all Michauds had Ducati coild. The colour marking from the stator matches with those shown on a ducati coil. let us know how you get on.

Thanks again to Bill Hartnell and the other folk for a great weekend. The sections were different and mostly harder than the previous years and we loved it. Arni missed beating Ian by one mark...I hope he will come back next year.

big hex head screw at the bottom Use an air gun or it wont work. if you have no airgun, loosen the screw when forks are in the bike and weight is on it....otherwise itb wont work....

If the stator is really a dansi then only a 240 flywheel will fit. And it will fit und the cover. A 300 flyeheel and motoplatt are available and will give more weight. Best is a 300 flywheel for a ducati system which arw very rare. Stators are then easy ducati
