Looks to me like these are incorrect
Twist grip
Rear Shock Absorbers
Fork Gaitors should be black
Should have top and bottom chain tubes
Petrol tank cap

WD 40 will remove the adhesive from your decals on plastics, even applied lightly with a cloth mine started lifting after a while. I now use wd40 on bike and silicone spray to shine plastics and help washing mud off
-
Make sure you have some free play at the throttle otherwise PTB will think bike is running.
If you have a mate with a 4rt try swapping tanks, it could be the fuel pump
-
There are several clubs in your area and trials on very nearly every weekend.
Stanley Trials Club have an easy trial on Saturday 24th July, this Sat coming, it would be suitable for a first trial and a lot closer to you than Charltons. It's on the A68 on the way to Castleside, flags on the left of the road to show you where look out for the sign for Bed and Breakfast at the top of the hill after Butsfield.
2pm start
-
yes your son will be fine on the ty80 course.
He may find the sections tight if all others are on small wheels, but we'll accommodate him no problems.
Were you and your wife with your son at Brockley, think i spoke to you near the end. He was doing really well for someone just starting out
-
Consett trial on saturday will have a clubman and an easy course and a seperate TY 80 course. 2pm start everyone bring an observer if you can please
-
Al the Spanner at White Bros can get it done for you, unfortunately i don't know costs so you'll need to ring them

Try warming the pipe with a hair dryer then work quickly to refit. Enlarge, elongate the holes that the fixing screws go through into those disastrous clips that the plastics knock off while struggling on.
GG changed airbox to carb position on laters models i believe
-
buy genuine Montesa bolts and nuts from Sandiford's, you'll get them next day unless a Tuesday's involved, then fit to correct torque.
I check mine regularly but they're never loose
I am in no way connected to Sandifords......unfortunately
-
Consett and DMC are to run a trial this Sunday for all you stir crazy snow affected trials riders
Butsfield Quarry 11 am start 3 courses Expert, Clubman and Easy
A,B,C,D schoolboy classes
-
Am I missing something
Why are a few members of the 'TRIALS COMMUNITY' having a go at Sandifords?
Read some of the posts in the Monresa Forum and you will find Sandiford's do nothing BUT help the trials commumity!
My interpretation of Sandiford's post is to help the trials community/potential purchaser of the Montesa in the advert by removing the mention of Sandiford's alleged offer. The seller may have been offered

PA..... You're right about Ossa mis-judging the TC coverage, they need to expand on their launch momentum.
Their probably waiting for a UK importer to be appointed first.
Wonder if Baldilocks is deep in negotiations as we speak

There are lots of clubs for you to choose from.
In no particular order:
Bedlington
North Durham
Tweed Valley
Consett
South Shields
Seaton Delaval
Stanley
Durham County
Weardale
Look on the calander on the front page of Trials Central, look up an event from any of the above. The secretary's contact number will be there, give them a call and they'll talk you through joining and how to obtain an ACU license
There are trials on within an hour at most of Newcastle/Gateshead nearly every weekend.

On Saturday 17/10/2009 Consett DMC are running a trial at a new venue.
The venue is East Hamburn, close to Hexham/Whitley Chapel.
The post code for the venue is NE46 2LF.
It will be clearly flagged from Whitley Chapel, there is very good parking avilable in a flat field.
Consett club members have put in a lot of work clearing overgrown streams and gullies to make what promises to be a very good course.
The trial starts at 12 Noon
-
Wayne. You can ride all year round in Geordie land........you should try it
-
let the air out the fork legs regularly, all this hopping and bopping pumps them up and tends to blow fork seals
-
You're too hard on you and your Dad.........you didn't scream ALL week, just most of it !
-
The 2008 4rt has a much better clutch than the 2005.
Don't buy a 315 master cylinder.
Have you ever had any oil other than Elf in it? It's no use using other oil then going back to Elf.
Can't see how changing the front sprocket will make your clutch smoother, you'll just be erratic a little slower.
Re adjust the clutch at the lever and inspect your clutch hose as you operate the clutch, these can be seen to visibly expand.
-
There is a topic that's been open a while with info on places to ride and practice this should be the link http://www.trialscentral.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=7853
-
right got the idea now, sounds good
-
Typical of the Scots ....not wanting to buy two different colourd markers for left and right!
We have some tight sections in some of our trials, so with 'Blue' gates and 'Red' gates etc, how do riders determine the direction to go through the gates in, are they shaped like direction arrows?
-
It's flagged from the A68 look out for yellow flags on your left just past Butsfield.
It's a one lap trial taking in 4 different venues all connected by road. If your riding round give petrol in at the start and it'll be at the half way mark.
10.30 am start
