There is a big gold collored bold on the bottom of the bowl. If you take it out you can acces the jets and floats etc.
-
That last thing is why I wear it on the left, I can stand still with the clutch in and the rear brake, ''touch myself''', lol, and than ride further again.
-
If you have a picture of the bike and of the rim tape I can photosop it for you
-
Premix between 1:80 and 1:100 depending on what kind of riding you are doing, your country, etc.
Gear oil for old type recommended is 5w30 engine oil. (for wet clutch motorcycles). I think around 650 (for the heavier engines). I think it is somewhere on the case.
-
Should not be too expensive. New style (rim without tubeless band) is way easier to change and does not have problem with corrosion.
-
I must say the KTM above looks awesome and is a good ''hybrid'', basiccaly a home build freeride like bike. Must be great fun, and although its not trial, I think there are many dual sport, enduro, or motorcross riders also owning trials bikes (like me).
I think GG is trying to get things rolling, but we will have to wait for official news and see where it is going.
-
Its a trials bike, so how much can it be different from other trials bikes.
I hope TRS can get a stable costumer base and I hope the brand can deliver on the long run.
-
I heard around 1200 euros
-
And it could rupture the paint when it is bouncing in and out.
You can try, and if it does not work, get it coated anyway.
-
I think the choise 2t or 4t mainly is based on your riding style, but also the bike determines your style. Only way to figure out is try. I dont think you can compare 2t/4t MX or enduro bikes with a trials bike so just go and ride some if you have the opportunity.
Also compared to other types or riding, a 2 stroke does not have many dissadvantages with trials. Soundwise, fuel consumption wise, wear etc. Only they do smoke a little bit
-
Thats no problem as long as they are honnest about it.
-
Ossa is not a competitor enduro wise, Gas Gas is/could be. That could be a reason.
-
KTM, however, does think about its financial situation. Is the market big enough to start produce and design trials bikes? If they wanted to they could make a total bike, just like the freeride, but I think that are costly projects and will they be worth the effort?
I'm not saying they wont, or that I dont want them to, but I think it will be issues to think about.
-
Well just try, YOu cant do much wrong. It wont start if wrongly wired (no spark).
As long as the fan etc is connected propperly. I always figure it out on the go, just by looking and thinking what wires should do. And they are sometimes a pain in the *** to connect propperly and fit under the tank.
-
Marzocchi closed its doors, but I think there are more suppliers which havent got their money. Think reiger shocks, S3 (cilinders and things like bars/footrest) etc.
I do think KTM owning Gas Gas would be a good thing, but still I dont know if it would be best to run from their home location. Why is Honda still in Spain? Because the wether is nice?
I think Beta is doing great, especially with their enduro's. They have good bikes, ''play bikes'' which people want to buy. Not too crazy projects.

I think blue/white should go to the cdi from the coil,
And white goes to the killswitch to ground.
-
This picture does not have a loose coil so you might need another diagram.
My first guess would be is the killswitch wired?
-
However KTM does not own the old supliers. So need redesign and that needs money and expierence. I think they should stay in Spain, because almost all trial is around there.
-
THat will probably help!
(for your irritation level )
-
On almost al newer suspension rebound and compression legs are used. So the forks are not identical, but have different function. And now the hype is air forks.
-
Its the same for many MX bikes
-
Why post it twice?

Yes, forks are almost always NOT the same.
