Maybe because they did not have a (excelent) rider?
-
Yeah, its the old husqvarna factory from before the KTM era. Chinese investor. Mainly based on the old husvarna engines, with new design bikes.
I quess the chances are close to 0 that they will make a trials bike.

For my big bike i got a tank like this

For extra milage options.
-
Also because you did a ''build'' check maybe for corrosion on all the important wires and where they are attached to the frame. And if you have available change the ignition parts. Those are most likely to cause problems ''sometimes'' while first working perfectly.
Other suggestion could be to check for air leaks, but you should be able to notice this. Maybe crank seal or something gone because of standing still for a while.
-
There are ''front light'' fuel tanks from accerbis.
Also i think there are bigger than standard ''normal'' tanks.
What kinda drive are you thinking about?
-
Nice! Those are great bikes. Parts still available, but almost no needed

Could be all kinds of stuff.
Bad ignition parts (cap e.g.), very dirty airfilter/carbonned exhaust, wrong settings (but why did it run good earlier?), fuel overflow in the engine etc.
Bad gasoline or too much oil?
-
Droping costs on space, no quad, dakar etc projects. Not too many designs, just a good 125 250 and 300.
-
Other trick that often works if you have a welder is to put a weld on the old bearing, and it should take of easily.
-
I heard they placed covers around it to hide its a ex-spare raga bike, lol
-
I think it will. Only problem they might get into is the old supliers.
-
I got a tool for it like this

Still if the service is good thats no problem. Communication if a very imprtant business skill as a company.
-
In trials it is like if you do one thing wrong, the total ''package'' will not work. You might have something off, which makes you feel like you dont progress anymore. Maybe you learned something your way (you make the obstacle right?!) but not the ''correct'' way to progress further.
Get somebody to look at your riding and who might can help you with tips.
-
I think, if i understand your story well, thats normal/ The small end bearing you mean?
The piston should ''find'' its good direction, but its in a barrel so no problemo, and does not need to be forged into the correct place or so.
-
on avarage 2 times a week I think (depends bit on the season).
-
Find some unrestored, add a couple of houndred and you will be there. Restoring ''modern'' stuff does not add a lot of value. (depends a little upon the detail of restoration offcoarse)
THey do around 2500 3000 euro's in the Netherlands.
-
-
However I think that the GG brand is too small, china products are most of the time very big volumes (could grow offcoarse, but trial market is not that big especially in home country and developing, which is most of the time their aim)
-
It is possible, however not very easy if you dont have experience. And I dont think there is lot of information available about quantities of oil etc.
I did my CR250 shock without a problem, but I could find information about that. And I needed to let the shock fill with nitrogen (done by reiger)
-
Always first check free play in the master cilinder. Do you use the correct oil?
-
Lets say a year cost 150.000 euro's ( i dont know, but hypothetically, it might be more, but is also paid by different sponsors etc).
I dont know what the margin on a bike is but lets say 1000 per bike
Than you need to sell like 150 bikes to get back to 0. I dont know how many bikes vertigo plans to produce first year, but I think that is too much.
