    Fork Clamps

You propably need the older type 38mm forks of the bikes untill ~/2004 Maybe in a couple of weeks I can help you out
  2. I like the airoh helmet very much! good fit for me, and quite cool. Wear a buff underneath if you are too sweaty! http://www.buffwear.co.uk/
  3. Ive got two pair for the enduro and offroad bikes. Works great in ****ty conditions! Both of oneal, one thicker and one quite thin. http://d2nsgnoj157yga.cloudfront.net/images/product/None_None_0368-1_None_Oneal_Black_Neoprene_MXGlove_0--93241-L.jpg http://thumbs1.ebaystatic.com/d/l225/pict/191009144924_10.jpg Thick ones are too thick for trial, thinner ones will do fine! I allways take them in my camelbag for enduro and offroad rides, but seems to always forget to take them for trial, lol.
  4. It preloads, thas why its called that way, lol. But if you use pre load to compensate you belly or a too weak spring, you will have less travel in your suspension.
  5. According to part fiche 12V15w with partnumber L300115
  6. Beautifull!! Havent been there, only the eastside up untill the very north and back again trough suomussalmi
  7. Dont have a picture for you and bike is not close to me now but http://i.ytimg.com/vi/1sAD6l0ORVg/maxresdefault.jpg I think only the front ''hook'' on the caliper is used / This will answer your question
  8. In the netherlands, if i remember well, the 1 bike version was not allowed n=anymore because of safety reasons i think?
  9. No, its inside the left tube on the picture above. The other end of that tube is where your clutch is mounted on. /offtopic from where in finland are you?
  10. You need the floating. Normal roadbikes mostly have floating brake calipers, so than you can have a normal disk. But one of the two needs to be floating for good fit and allignment. So dont worry and practice and get comfortable
  11. Beware for the temprature with halogen bulbs though
  12. Chris is right yes, offcoarse. The breather is breathing through the clutch bold, and so has fallen inside the shaft. I think you will need to disassamble to take it out.
  13. Yeah, thats a little bit weak design. You can try flushing it and see if the magneto catches it. Otherwise you need to open it... Not that much work, but riding is more fun! lol
  14. I use them for work, will fit one, actually thinking about buying a nemo, bipper or fiorino. Quite economical, rides as a normal car, quite nice for holidays. Do need one with airco, cruise control etc though! I will fit, although i dont think it will fit easily. Also depends if it has a wall inbitween, but that is a must in my opinion with noise etc. A kangoo etc will work fine, but I like the nemo etc more.
  15. Maybe I will make an extra tow unit behind one of my motorcycles but for now this works great! Luckely I only need like 700m over a bycycle path. I dont dare to drive fast with it, since an emergency brake is coasing problems because of the weight I think.
  16. I think the bush is (only) there because of manufacturing purposes, its easier to make a hole troughout the whole shaft and then put a spacer in it.
  17. Like biffsgasgas says, there is none behind the kickstarter on the outside, just kickstarter and then the seal. Might some light additions to post above to make clearer.
  18. The raga editions have (more) magnesium parts. Not necessarily better but not a problem per say either. For the rest better suspension and other trick parts Here more info http://www.gasgas.com/Pages/2003%27s/pro-03/300-pro/300-raga-replica.html
  19. You mean outside of the cover? THere should be a ''special'' spacer (part 16 below), and an allen bold. MT280226068 Than the kickstarter, than the seal which is inside the cover. Inside the cover there are two washers. 1 on top, one at the ''bottom'' THe kickstarter itself when taken apart actually has 4.
  20. http://www.enduro360.com/2015/03/26/featured/latest-on-gas-gas/
  21. You need to make the rim black, this is ugly! Spend more money! lol I just waterjetted a plate behind the sprocket. It is the new rules, and I know people who miss a finger, more than one!
  22. Like stated above, but I dont see a reason why actually.
  23. THere is a small ''spacer/ hubbie thingie'' with mine(s) it stays in the clutch with dismounting. Parts number: MT280232080
  24. Is not that much work luckaly with the pro engine
