  1. YES! Very much! Like shewing gum! (if you smell it in the bottle)
  2. http://www.gasgasmotos.es/en/news/481-gas-gas-motos-sa-and-ossa-factory-sl-join-for.html http://www.enduro360.com/2014/01/23/featured/gas-gas-ossa-merge/ http://www.asphaltandrubber.com/news/gas-gas-ossa-merger/ http://blog.motorcycle.com/2014/01/24/motorcycle-category/off-road/gas-gas-announces-merger-ossa/ I would say quite merged
  3. I quess it will cost more at the end. You need to give service etc, need sales people, and transport etc etc
  4. They havent until now... And it has been going for years like this actually...
  5. Can u make a picture? And maybe the rubber just died, normally it should be quite doable. Maybe order a new rubber for the airfilter box? Or try some heat first. I have done it quite ofter, and however the original setup sucks it is doable, and with the spacer its even way more easy.
  6. If the current enviroment small could mean survival. Make sure your products are good, and sell at a premium, low amounts. When economy goes back up again, you can invest and grow with the market. But trial bikes are just not good volume products I think...
  7. 1% intrest is not realistic. Thats even bellow government bonds. Risk=higher expected return, so no inverster would do that. I dont know about Spain, but I would expect more close to 0.04-0.06 (and even higher for small firms). Also keep in mind that the interest has to be paid each year, if they are not able to pay of the debt. (which is tax deductable, which can be a pro if you are able to make profit). I dont know how much money if from government? I think its a combination of factors. Gg buys a lot of parts from other companies, which are also in some struggle because of the economic conditions. The factory is too small in numbers produced to be really efficient. GG has high costs for development of their product range compared to the numbers sold. etc.
  8. I dont have one, have got one of jordi pasquet, and the one of thorpe. Haven seen them totaly though. But i must say of the latter one what ihave watched its a bit boring. The learning trial one of jordi pasquet is build up better in different parts, but have not seen it totally yet. Must say youtube has some quite good channels and you can choice what to look at!
  9. Thos chips are because the waterpump has not been mounted correctly! It is important to exactly align the waterpump with the crank. (preferably do not loosen the pump itself, only the hole cover and than stay of it!) Those pieces will fall on the big crankwheel and then enter the engine to end up on one of the magnetos probably, could have been long ago... you never know. For the rest i am with all the other comments, this is just one of the problems of the gas gas pro engines. Howerver there is now a new pump available also fits the ''oldstyle'' pump. Havent got it yet, so dont know if its really better.
  10. That will definitly solve your problem, have them on my bikes too!
  11. Make sure you are not misreading, so flat surface, and give it some time to settle. Somethimes the glass shows more oil than the actual amount. I put in around 380cc, I would rather have a bit bellow half glass than above (with a two stroke).
  12. Its probably from england! They do everything wrong there, lol
  13. It used to be mounted on the engine bracket like lineway says.
  14. Use a ratched strap around the tyre to put some pressure on the tyre to hit the rim and then put a good airhose on it, without the ventile inside.
  15. Im not sure for the beta, but on gg you need to fit it in a different way than a normal stop buton. Otherwise it will work other way around, button off it works button on it doesn't. For the beta i do not know which wire you need though
  16. Luckily there is ''deep fried dough ball'' trial overhere! lol. (the translation is pretty straight foreward i guess lol). Also wintercup, so no need for christmas break!
  17. Will the engine actually be able to breath with a normal allen bold? Because the breather is actually behind the clutch and the shaft. So I can imagine it does overpressure, but then it cannot go trough the tube imo. Is there a lot comming out of it? I have it somethimes that its only a little when it has been on its side for a while (for maintance or so).
  18. THat last bit is the most important factor for all shocks!
  19. Things that can matter on the pro: oil (ATF or gearbox oil 75w, lots of discussion about this, I use the latter of putoline (light gear)) plate thickness (wear). Also if you had water (coolant) in the box the plates could be ruined. You want the package thickness spot on, such that the clutchfingers are on the right amount of mm's. Another problem could be the positioning of the lever itself, but then it would also have problems in 1rst gears. I would take the clutch out, clean it and start measuring...
  20. Maybe head gasket blown? /read further, definitely something is wrong
  21. I think it is inapropriate to talk about your ''little boy'' online
