  1. hi iv gt a old gas gas 321 1999 and today was the day when i decide to drag her out the garage for a play. she was firing but cutting out so i pulled the plug and noticed fluid on the piston also plug had browny black sludge onit, so obviously i thought thats not riight. so i pulled the head off and found there was a puddle on top of piston looks to be black water, i presume head gasket must of gone. so iv pulled barrel off and there water in crankcase so i cleasned it out an with 2stroke fuel an then put 2 stroke oil in. i hope bottom end will be ok. also drained the gear oil which was changed last week and its like yellow cream so i think waterpumps probly leaking, i hoping a new top end gasket kit and water pump kit will fix my problem. does anyone know if the gear oil flows into the crank case on this model to oil main bearings or does it get oil from premix to keep the crank lubriicated?
  2. thanks pal if the pressure plate wasnt fitted correctly, could this have buggered the slave cylinder as the pressure plate wouldnt be tight against the clutch plates. so when clutch has been pressed its popped the slave under pressure?
  3. iv have a 321 1999 gas gas which i bought spares or repairs, has a clutch issue. the slave cylinder on the side of the motor has cracked. apparently the man tried bleeding it and the pressure cracked the casing. how would this happen? obviously someting not right or been put back together wrong. is there a diagram of the layout of componets in order like you would get in a manual about? should there be a ball bearing either side of the metal bar which runs from the clutch to the slave or just one on the clutch side? just trying as the bikes bin in bits before i dont know if everythig is thereor in correct order. /
  4. my clutch casing on my gas gas 321 is knackered she is a 1999. was wondering if a txt 250 one is the same fitment or will i have to get one off a 321? any advice would be appreciated thanks
