  1. True. Had done this in my GasGas enduro and map start changing something after 3000rpm. https://youtu.be/XkJQsVgMTLE
  2. Or this from formula the tech forks manufacturer http://www.rideformula.com/support/downloads/
  3. The closest is this: http://www.lewisportusa.com/manuals/sherc_11-21-09/sherco_setup_and_lubrication_guide.pdf For a older model but still can be used most of the time.
  4. For this bike and carb, I can say mixture screw range can be something from 1/4 to 1 turn....weired but true.
  5. Try a similar cap from any other motorcycle....
  6. Be careful since this bolt has a very small diameter inside (it's Sachs but Ollé and R16V is almost same steel bolt that get rusted sometimes)
  7. There a white plastic part holding needle down tensioned by the big coil.
  8. Another motor can be used is mabuchi c2162-60006
  9. Which horrible problems owners had with 2015??

    2015 Sherco 300

    Very reliable bike.
  13. Think roller bearings we have no space and seal will be poor decreasing performance gains fast. But DU bushings (like dogbone busching in sherco) seems like a good idea. Can be one with internal diameter 8mm and 10mm lenght. Lever hole will be bored to fit DU external diameter and still need to machine two washers and an internal sleeve hole 6mm and external 8mm to DU interface.... Ended sticking with leaded bronze like shown...
  14. New product. Not many details.... Jitsie new alarm light
  15. Read somewhere that this project was abandoned due engine having not enough power...
  16. Machined some lead bronze bushings for my levers (plastic ones allowed some play) This ones ended being a good surprise since feeling has been improved. And made a in line cooler for gasgas enduros
  17. Had rebuild this shocks. https://youtu.be/PYzcKDJmoig It can be done with good results if shock hasn't wear inside.
  18. Keihin carb is the way to go if you want more.
  19. It's not hard work. Take photos when disassembly it can be useful on reassembly Lewisport usa have a good bit old manual that can help a lot http://www.lewisportusa.com/manuals/sherc_11-21-09/sherco_setup_and_lubrication_guide.pdf And is good having dogbone bushings before starting service. It's cheap and service will be perfect if you replace them. (16.18 and 16.19 on pag 19)

    2017 Txt Gp

TXT Pro 67kg TXT GP 66,5kg Carbon fiber is fancy but expected more.
  21. Agree. Remembering that this "new modern" shocks have a piston separating oil and gas. So, one hole for oil and gas does not work any more. If a shrader valve is too big for your shock, you can use a KTM M5 style bolt (neoprene seal and needle system) witch require a special inflating device.
  22. You need a hole to pressurize the shock after reassembly too. Air is 80% nitrogen. Not ideal but work (on trials) just like mountain bike and downhill shocks because shock does not get too hot like on a enduro or MX

Same engine, EFI and probably not high end brakes and suspension. OK took the point But... What's the point having two different frames?????
