    You need to loose the fork top triple clamps bolts before tightening stem nut. In a lot of cases, this is the biggest torque on all bolts in a motorcycle. So, don't be gentile or use a torquimeter.

    Machined the clamp's inside diameter and added a teflon sheet.

    Stainless can stick to aluminium due to galvanic corrosion since the have diffrent potentials...make shure you use anti seize

    Yeah, I know, I live in crazytown for actually using the oil spec'd by the manufacturer. It's a lonely world... Good point but can you belive that my brand new gasgas EC 2011 came with ATF? Only started using ATF after this.
