  1. It looks to me like the top triple on the new model has a different design, namely a pinch bolt rather than a set screw. Can anyone confirm, and any thoughts on whether it helps at all with the constant stem adjustments needed on the GG?
  2. Here's another site advertising them... they even claim to have some available (just not in the funky color scheme): http://www.motostorm.it/en/clothing/boots/alpinestars-tech-t-boot-white-red.html
  3. Why the eff do companies keep releasing products with names that are basically non-searchable on the web? Tech T is about as bad as it gets.

    2016 Factory

2t. My '13 300 had an issue where, especially when hot, it just became really difficult to change gears because of all the clutch drag. It was better after the clutch fix, but still not great. I was never really clear if this was sort of normal for Beta's or not, but I gather not. The Factory 300 2t just sounds so amazing I'm tempted to try again.

    2016 Factory

Anyone have a 2016 factory 300? I'm wondering specifically if you've had any issues with hard shifting when the bike gets hot. I had a 2013 that drove me crazy (seriously dragging clutch, especially when hot even after the clutch fix), but the new factory sounds so amazing in tempted to put that out of my mind for now.
  6. In the US the price difference is around $2000.00... ~1500 pounds.
  7. So I notice that the vertigo titanium model has the same markings on the forks that raga has on the ones that he uses (I'm assuming they're tech forks) . Anyone know what's special about those particular forks? I'd guess they're the best thing they produce of raga uses them.
  8. Whatever it was, bou figured out how to play the game. I wouldn't think it was tight no stop checking though, otherwise raga et al would have gotten their act together after the first lap. I'd guess it was just some massive obstacles that bou dominated. Anyone see the event (or find some YouTube video?)
  9. Out of curiosity, what does oily coolant look like?
  10. Bou scored a 4. Dabill was second on 35 marks. That's insanity.
  11. Ride each when you feel like it. Or just take the trials bike to the top of the steepest hill you can find and try to roll down it without dying... that's usually good for some adrenaline.
  12. I don't think it's over priced given the build and the technology. But whether anyone will want to pay that much is a completely different story.
  13. That's funny... they still won't let the dealer near me (in the US) even sell the 2016 he has.
  14. Lui è certamente una persona incredibile. He speaks four languages that I'm aware of... Spanish, English, Italian and French. Did I miss any?

  16. Sure, because who wouldn't want to get wet and frozen in Scotland when they could be catching a tan somewhere in the vicinity of the Mediterranean

I wonder if someone just left the tank cap loose... Watch right at the end before Adam starts the bike up again... he's at least checking the cap. Hard to say otherwise though. In any case he starts it back up and rides off, which I don't think he'd have done had there been some continued threat of a towering inferno
  18. Wait, what? Is this the FIM equivalent of no-stop in according championship honors? How the hell is the 125 champion not the 125 world champion??? The entire point of having a multi-class championship is to award honors in those classes. Ask Valentino how many world championships he's won and he'll be damn sure to remind you it's 9, which includes one in 125 and one in 250.

Yeah, that's kinda on fire... 5!
  20. Your pressure is fine. Feel free to run 3 psi in the mud, but it's all technique.
  21. My set has over 100 hours on it. All rock riding. Trials tires are so sticky, especially at clubman level I just don't see any reason to replace them much. It's not like a knobby where all your grip is from the knob/edge. I'll probably replace mine at the end of this season in another 50-100 hours.

    Three years! It's almost presidential...
  23. The factory montesa is the most worked over trials bike in the world round competitions.

I can't really see him going anywhere else provided TRS wants to continue with him (and why wouldn't they... they're not going to get anyone else that can run Bou so closely). I'd have to think he'd be a little wary of going back to GG if they were interested and had the budget, and who else is going to want to pay him?
