  1. It's in the calendar. 5th March. No regs for download, but contact details are there. I'm assuming you really mean "Milnthorpe" near Kendal and not "Milnathorpe" in Jockland as Milnathorpe is the same day and is the first round of the 2006 Scottish Championship. Spooky two events on the same day having such similar names.
  2. Whilst I would agree that a couple of replies may have been over the top, to say that the moderator did not do his work is not justified in this case. There's a bit of history here. In over three years of watching Mich Lin/Beav/Lane (under whatever guise!) he has always been a controversial character! If I thought, based on my experiences, that he would be offended by the replies then I'd have deleted them, but there are reptiles out there with a less thick skin than the Beav! I, personally, think he'll take it all like water off a duck's back and still come back fighting. If it gets too personal then yeah, I'll kill it, but for now it's just the Beav versus the rest of the world as it's been for a long time. Don't take things on here too seriously.
  3. The ACU normally send the list out. Strange they haven't done so, but I'm pretty sure it'll be rectified as soon as John reads this.
  4. If the relevant "teams" are up for it, I'm happy to create a series of Youth "Rider Profile" pages. Again, more of that exposure stuff.
  5. I can confirm that Trials Central, in the shape of me!, will be travelling south to cover the Breidden Hills opening round. Flights are booked and my lift (providing my goldfish-brain assistant doesn't forget by the time he's swam to the other end of the tank!), to and from the airport are sorted!
  6. You mob still closing youths in the boot of your car or have you got all sensible now?
  7. They're all great young riders and although I'm finding the "one-upmanship" on the front page articles highly amusing, as somebody posted in the comments, it does serve a purpose - EXPOSURE. The more they have (unbiased or not!) the better chance there is of attracting a bit of cash to help them move forward. It would be nice if it was a united front to find the next British World Champion, but...
  8. Am I the only one that thinks this thread ought to be about Trials in Newcastle?
  9. I'm tempted to offer up a prize to the best photo submitted from forum users who've made this!
  10. Hawkstone last year was a new experience both for the Organisers and for Trials Central. It was a hectic weekend, but an overwhelming success from both their point of view and from mine. I'm currently working closely with the Organisers on making things bigger and better this year. Watch this space!
  11. Getting a shirt for becoming a supporter will never happen unless I raise the costs which I don't want to do. The cost of embroidered shirts is more than the

  13. No Gareth. Those were the Weightwatchers stickers
  14. Site Supporters - I'm doing what I can to accelerate the sticker delivery and have made progress with the supplier. Basically "As soon as I get these, if I'm happy with the quality, I'll place an immediate order for helmet sized stickers." The promise of more business seemed to be pretty motivational I did say I would contact all site supporters for their home addresses in order to ship their stickers when they were delivered. However, to minimise the delay between me getting them and you getting them, I'd like to pre-empt that so I can ship as soon as they're delivered to me - have envelopes pre-prepared etc. Please, if you read this, send an email to supporters AT trialscentral.com with the following details: Email Subject: TC Stickers Forum Name: <your forum user name> Name: <your name> Address: <your full postal address> This will allow me to greatly speed up the process of getting these out. Any registered site supporter who doesn't email me - don't worry! I'll work out those who have and contact those who haven't via email. On another note, the competition stuff is coming on well. Expect something on that very soon.
  15. I'll give it a bit of a front page plug since it won't be in TMX, but wanted to wait until mid-week so it doesn't push weekend news down off the front page too soon

    Youth A&b

I took them from a post on these forums as Y&G didn't send me them, but they were posted here as being supplied by Y&G. If they're wrong then that's a major problem. If it's just colour and text then I guess we'll survive!
  17. I've had contact from a Trials Rider in Brazil who's moving to London and looking to buy a bike and sort out some riding in the area. 3rd in Brazilian Championship 2001-2004, got about
  18. BZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZT. You were never banned from Trials Central. You were banned from the forums of a previous Trials website I ran (before I saw the light) for making comments regarding lady riders and lycra that provoked a ton of complaints and also for launching a personal vendetta against a particular brand of bike. I thought we'd already cleared that one up

Just a bit!!! Good to finally meet you. That's me literally just in the door. Photos will come tomorrow night as I'm pooped. Can't thank Dangleebitz and family enough for allowing me to cadge a lift down in their bus
  21. Make sure it don't clash with a world round will thi? Edit - just checked and unless the calendar has changed, it doesn't
  22. "EMS (2-5 days to UK and worldwide) United States" Shipping from the US. Might get away with customs duty, might not, but your warranty would be dodgy at best, a nightmare at worst if anything went wrong.
