Not ashamed to admit a few tears were shed tonight. Mart became a good friend through the years of travelling the World championship with Doug. Many a "little beer" was shared while we put the world to rights. Thoughts with Isobel, Doug, Harry, Sid and all the Lampkin family.

Don't have satellite since moving house so no idea what's available, but if you can pick up French Channel L'Equipe21, the the X-Trial des Nations is on tomorrow night and again lunchtime Sunday.

Had a little Google on this as I can't think it's a venue I've been to before and made an interesting find. There has been much speculation over the years around the cost/return of putting on a world round, but nobody has ever offered hard facts as to what the costs and potential return might be. They've broken it down for the French round here:
http://www.lourdes.fr/Download/pdf%20%20tlcharger/2016/Prsentation%20Trial.pdf
You can understand most of what's there and whilst my French is crap, if my reading of it is correct, it looks like hosting a World round will actually result in a LOSS of 24,000 Euro.

Never received anything, that's why. If they want free publicity they have to send the info. I ain't going to go chasing them and I won't lift stuff from other sites....

Whatever the FIM say, the Italians do different. It's a rebellion thing.

I've had contact from the Harley Owners Group looking for a Trials Club to do some displays at their South of England Rally in August. The rally is organised by Harley Chapters from Kent, Sussex, Surrey, Thames Valley and Oxford. Website for more info is http://sofer.uk.com/
Any clubs fancy it, PM me or use TC contact form and I'll put you in touch with the organisers.

That wasn't the "TdN". Some outlets are wrongly calling these international indoor events that are currently taking place by that name. The official X-Trial des Nations takes place in Nice, France on 1st April.

Yet Ross Danby still doesn't have his.

Apparently Dorna have the TV rights, hence why it was pulled. Oh, and the 2016 X-Trial Championship will *not* be on Motors TV this year.

Erm, aren't you Belgian?!

What would normally be on the telly...
Updated: This currently appears to have been set "private" by the FIM. I'll leave this topic in case the setting is reversed, but right now the video can't be viewed. The private setting has nothing to do with TC. It's not our video.

Following Laia. She's some ballsy lass

Interesting new interview
They're certainly saying all the right things and got the right attitude.

Why didn't you just link/embed the video?

I have looked into this in the past and the way things hang together it's not currently possible to make it mandatory, though there is a topic in the Forum Help section that explains how to do this here

I reckon Casales will finish higher than Busto. Busto is very good, but is young, impetuous and lacks consistency and maturity. Be interesting to see how Jeroni takes to the Vertigo.

C'mon Rappers. You, Mick, John and all the other ACU cronies should be out every weekend spreading the word
