And with a Vauxhall numberplate too. It's a photoshop.
This is the real thing under wraps
-
Not this time matey. I think you speak for all...
I think we all know it will come out sooner or later...
-
Right. I am DEFINITELY the man for this job.
We were recently requested within the Impreza Drivers Club to provide suitable graphics for our new mobile stand for car shows etc.
Some came up with such boring designs as
and
I'm sure you'll agree that my design wins hands down and clearly shows my elite skills both in Photoshop and graphic design
Please feel free to contact me offline to discuss my fees.

Please leave the administration of these Forums to the Administrators and leave out the name-calling. The OP is not an "idiot". His intentions were good, but this isn't about Beta, this misguided topic is about Dougie Lampkin so is correctly posted in this Forum.

I'm glad Telecat is finding his way around The site isn't quite finished. It's fully functional, but still needs to be tidied up cosmetically. A change was in the plans anyway as I was never happy with the previous site, but security vulnerabilities in the last one forced me to make the change sooner than planned. I'll get it tidied up as and when time allows.
-
No you're not! Why have two topics in two forums about exactly the same thing? Topics merged.
-
Thanks for all your efforts and hard work Craig. They've been much appreciated.
PS. He still ain't smiling
-
I moved the previous topic into the World Championship Forum as Craig is the only TC forum guy or anybody we have on-site in Japan and his reports, although a tiny bit biased, deserve a little bit more exposure for being brave enough to head out there!
-
You're all we've got Craig as I will never return to that hellhole. You're doing a top job. Keep going
-
Absolutely no problem posting stuff from Todotrial. I know Horacio and have supplied stuff to them many times. We are in agreement we don't mind people posting stuff from each other's sites as long as they credit the originating site so you're fine there
-
I am *SO* glad I didn't make the 20-plus hour jorney to stay in a sterile hotel in the middle of nowhere and get my camera soaked by p****ing rain!
Keep up the good work Craig - and better you than me!
-
Oh FFS don't say that. I'll never hear the end of it!
-
You might get something from this rather attractive young lady
http://www.paint-splats.com/
Have a look at the bottom of the "Wonky Cars" gallery. Yes she's a commercial artist, but I know she's keen to get established so you might be able to strike a deal if her website URL or something was printed on the mugs along with whatever cartoon.
If you don't ask you don't get

Perce has a photo of a Trials rider on his mobile phone from this year's SSDT I'm sure he'd be happy to let you use
-
I'm amazed it has gone this far without being public as it was well talked about. I'm disappointed in the rider as he is certainly one who should know better than to try and cheat the system.
And no, it wasn't Jake - his Beta did actually carry his pie-enhanced frame round for the entire six days
-
Use www.trialscentral.com and not www.trialscentral.co.uk - they wanted a crazy amount of money to licence the additional domain name even though they both point to the same site.
-
Dabster, you paid in Feb by NoChex so you're good for a while yet

I bust a gut to get to the top of Fersit, stop 6 times to get my breath back and prevent a heart attack. I eventually get there and he's sat at SEVENTY FIVE YEARS OLD looking like it was just a walk in the park and he's been there for weeks. The guy is amazing. Nowt else I can say.

I didn't notice it till Saturday, but I'm 99% certain it happened at Meall Nam Each on Friday. The damage wasn't there Thursday and Friday at Doire Dhamh the passenger side was away from the road. It was roadside at Pipers Burn, but a good 2 feet back so no chance of it happening then. Only at Meall Nam Each was the passenger side anywhere near the road. Saturday morning I was at Lower Mamore so passenger side was away from the road and afternoon I was at Nevis Forest parked up just before the gate so can't have happened then.

We were all invited to sign the visitors book at the Eric Kitchen dinner. I wrote "We can only aspire." I know a great photographer when I see one - and a total gentleman too.

Witches Burn...
Got a nice email thanking me for my comments, but hey - credit where it's due
-
I saw her throughout the week and I have to give credit to this lass for winning the Ladies trophy. She beat the reigning Ladies World Champion - Iris Kramer and also Maria Conway. Donna's a tiny wee lass who you'd never think could hike a bike round the Scottish for six days, but she did. Not only that, but she was always cheerful and had time for a laugh and a bit of banter. She does, however, need some work on her press presentation

The winker (deliberate typo) who scraped my car, but drove on without leaving a note saying they'd hit me.
I always follow the rules that were set down years ago regarding parking at sections - always get behind the white line if there is one or ensure your car is totally off the road. Given where my car was parked over the week and the height of the scrape it was almost certainly a van (and a filthy white one at that) and therefore almost certainly one of the "support vehicles" travelling round and therefore a Trials person who hit it - which makes it pretty disappointing that they didn't have the balls to admit to it.
-
Agree 100% on all counts. Dougie grabbing the mic was spot on and the applause reflected the sentiment! Apparently he even asked Grimbo if it was his first time riding. As much as I don't want to massage the ego of The Moff, he would be far better at it than Moses is

Why wait for the book? Bid for the prints! Bet they go for a few quid...
