where is the best/cheapest place to get my txt270 motor rebuilt?

should be picking my gas gas 270 (1998) up this sat. can't wait( like a little boy) can anyone tell me the best oil to use and what ratio and whether to use 95 or 97 fuel? Thanks.

Thanks guys, btw, I'm more like a size 16 As I only intend doing single venue events I should be ok. I was told by the lady who organises the riders at the Rugeley practice ground that I need insurance to practice there. This seems a little strange, maybe I misunderstood her

Can anyone tell me if I have to have insurance to compete in trials, whether it be third party or machine insurance?

Hi everyone, having never competed at competetive trials, and at the moment don't have a bike, ( but did own a Fantic 250 3 years ago for fun only ) I do intend to sort a bike out and get some practice in before I make a fool of myself. I lve in Tamworth and are looking for somewhere to practice. I know of the place at Rugeley but have been told I will need insurance to ride there. Does anyone know where I can obtain this from? Also, what licences do I need, and where do I get one? Sorry to waffle on a bit and thanks in antissipation. :madsanta:
