only 4 in mine,no slippage unless deliberate no grab or uneven take up either,& shes used every week without fail.
-
Iv removed 2 springs from my 15 260 clutch is superlight & doesn't slip at all with normal use inc top on the road.
-
if only the Spanish codes were so easy!!!!
-
The conrods of the 250 & 260 are identical so maybe hunt for breaker. You could probably buy the complete engine fpr the cost of a new conrod by the time they are available..
-
Dont be put off the mont by the perceived lack of spares, everything iv needed iv found with no problem at all.
-
Cut the existing one open, repack then re weld it. A faff I know but much cheaper than replacing the whole system.
-
Fraid I don't have 1st hand experience with a scorpa, but the yam engine is highly regarded as near bullet proof so may well be an option for you.
-
Or a montesa 315r,would be 3 or 4 years older than the beta but imo much better built.

Bought a 4rt from Adrian "blind",after discussing it with him on the phone. Was delivered on the day as agreed and was exactly as described in both the ad on fleabay and the phone.Got to speak as you find , he was very fair and accurate.Seeing the bike has got to be the best way but its not always possible.

Question for all you good folks who give up their valuable time cutting out & marking the sections. Do you have a estimate in your heads of the marks the section is likely to take ,thereby having a winning score per class/route at the end of the event. Be interested in your thoughts ,comments. Cheers Folks.

Some thought & work gone in to that!!
-
Talon would probably make you one if all else fails,
-
Correct decals but should be red guards if you want to be spot on .
-
H&Dracing will sort the dogbone, linkage bearings etc etc for you.4rt front mudguard fits straight on too, genuine 315 rear guards getting rarer but 4rts can be easily trimmed to fit & look fine. Happy fettling.

Post 2000 315s are great bikes (pre 2000 are good) . Theres nothing I can ride on my 15 4rt that I cant ride on the 03 315. Just like the 4st noise.
-
If your budget goes to a post 2000 315 that's what I would go for,awesome build quality,showa suspension& very stable,great bikes.
-
Try AMPED Graphics, excellent quality decals.
-
Hmm that complicates things!! Im sure somebody on here will have the answer for you. Good luck & post how you get on please il be interested in how they can be identified.
-
Pretty sure the single map programmable ends in 315 & has hrc on the decal, non programables have ed on the decal,as for the dual map bodies I don't know.
-
Also still going strong, now 4rt mounted & still capable at national level, mostly being minder to his son olly whose in his debut yr at btc expert level.
-
Martins still occasionally to be seen riding, still on betas & still bloody handy, won the local normandale rnd last yr & was 2nd this yr to his old local sparring partner Jason lawer.
-
Had the skf seals fitted under warranty to my std15 12mnths ago,no problem ever since!!
-
worn through a wire when it was loose? doesn't take long!
-
Identifying them would be easier if you can put some pics up, brake placement is wrong?? not sure what you mean.. front or rear and whats wrong?
-
