    Whilst his website aint no great thing , i had some bits off Birks last week and had no problems , fast ,courteous what more can you ask , although the washers for the front disc are a bit steep

I couldnt agree more , it is absolutely brilliant , after the pro a complete breath of fresh air , The bike almost talks to me it really duz , "its ok Brad keep your feet on the pegs and i will do the rest, have faith dude " i am totally converted !!! The front end is sooo solid , the traction amazing , the power delivery is sooo creamy !!! , and dont even get me started on the suspension i really get it now the pro really is a pro bike and this is a real proper clubman bike , oh yeah and the quality of all those components , i could almost take that swingarm and gear lever to bed !!! I just cant wait to get to know my new babe better and do more events on her !! Oh yeah and the fact that i have come to work at 8pm at night just to wash the damn thing and come on here and say how fantastic it is should give ya'll some idea of how much i am in love ,
  5. I love all that simple air cooled home modified type of stuff so simplistic yet so much to look at , and what a chain tensioner beautiful in its design yet ultra effective ! , Well done Jay
  6. Whilst perusing the scorpa france website , i found a picture of a rather tasty looking SY250 being hoisted into the air by its very manly owner wearing a rather dodgy 'tache .....hmmm , upon further inspecton it is an english bike .......
  7. After a brilliant showing on the old pro i bought an iridium plug for my new baby from www.sparkplugs.co.uk its number is NGK BKR6EIX when i eventually get chance to try it i will let y'all know

    Wiring ?

    As you may have seen in my earlier post i have got myself an 04 sy250 , i would like to remove the wiring for the lights/brake switch , it looks fairly complicated on this bike though , anyone know what to do without just removing stuff willy-nilly ? p.s anyone got a manual i can beg,steal,borrow,photocopy !

Hi all , i have sold my 03 pro and purchased an 04 SY250 , What g/box oil do i use , how much (it says 700ml on cases) Do they prefer any kind of 2t Where do i need to be with my suspension settings approx as i think a big lad has owned it previously , i only weigh 10 stones drippin wet ! Anything untoward to watch out for ..... cheers , Brad

  15. You are closer to the truth than you realise With dirt wheels on, any over zealous opening of the throttle on the road results in the knobbies being ripped off Even my 400 BERG did that , it was even better in the rain tho'

    oceanvibe, try ringing kev at gas gas i had similar problem and he pointed me in the direction of a little o ring that was the problem , in the end i just changed oil and that solved it , but still worth a call .
