hi there! try `n` get the ryan young trials video! that will help you alot! ..... you hardly get hurt at all!!! unless u dont wear helmet and boots!! get them and your sorted!!!!
deffenetly arm pump!! some riders complain of it some dont!! mostly because of fat bars !! its caused with motorcross by not relaxing and clenching on 2 the bars!! dont know if its the same wiv trials!! .....your handle bars should be roughly vertical depending on your height! and your levers should not be to high! or it makes you move your elbows! and twist your wrist !!..... try `n` get hold of the ryan young teaching video it takes you all the way through your bike setup and maintainance its very good!!! and can tweek up ur riding! alot! ive only been ridin 1 and a half years and im in the intermediate route!! so its not bad!!

You can get the Top Trial Team gear from Haven trialsport at www.trialsbike.co.uk and you can get the normal beta riding gear from Lampkin at www.beta-uk.com......or.uk
Big Big Steps with a run at them! Muddy climbs and Dry Rocks (the ones u can hop on the back wheel!.......twice!) and steep camber turns errrmmm logs and graded hill climbs climbs with a step on the top Steps that needs a SPLATTER on the top! and urm thats it i think ( I HATE TREAMS ESPECIALLY THE DEEP ONES!!!! )
I have recently bought a trial bike and starting to learn to ride it.
So i am thinking if a could get some help with som exercises i could do to learn the basic. Currently i am working on turning and some wheelies, but there must be more i could do at home on the street or in the garden.

I have bought a push trials bike its like a bmx but with a very small cog and a bashguard you can practise your balance on that it really helps...good luck with starting trials!! all the best from Owain Rowlands
I think Bou has spoilt all his chances of becoming a World Champion , the 4RT is much to heavy for his riding style , he's taken a step down from the best bike to the worst!!! there was much more power in the beta and hes just threw it away!!! o well his desition
OH dear i have a 125 beta and i was cruzin between a section and as i cliced it up to 6 it went in to neutral i clicked back down and in to 5 tryed again and went in to 6th ok!!!! and from 1st to 2nd is VERY stiff!!! i might have to start carrying a hamer rownd with me whilst ridin in case!!!
every1 have different opinions its up to the rider to pick his bike and what bikes suites his riding style for a stronger youth the BETA plenty of power much stronger bike a bit heavier more reliable for those who fall a lot!!! like me!!! ...gassers for the weeker rider but a bit more power maybe???but usually they brake to bits whilst falling!!!Sherco's the same i guess?? more reliable lighter?? power??
My name is Owain Rowlands I come from BLaenau FFestiniog (scrap place no where 2 ride!!!)I have a Beta rev-3 125 2004 model and i ride in the Brocader MCC trials usually.
