TOP TOP bike I bought mine in April I think it wee`d everywere but done the float height mods kept the bolts tight and it`s brought me on leaps and bounds. Beleive people when they say the Beta is built well mine takes the odd bash here and there but neveer faulters
Were did you get Dirt from Tabron Bestwick and Moon? spine and Vert mainly but anyhoo anyone got any Guettler clips yet? I found his website but it`s pretty gash! hopefully one of our Australian guys can help us out?
before I ran out of money I weren`t that bad but was back when I was 15 had no income parents couldn`t afford all the damages and didn`t like all the injurys and transporting me everywere! and when I could afford too get back into it there had been too much of a gap and other things were occupying my money still it`s a very very nice memory tooo have ridden a comp with some of the best and come 5th
right Ryan Guetler is the name have a look under the BMX tab HERE and look at the videos the one it opens up in is Ryan I believe
Na it aint him can`t beleive they haven`t got him on there!
ER yep seen him I used too ride with Tabron, Bestwick, Moon too name a few
Theres an amazing BMX dirt come street rider from Australia about at the moment that rips up the front flip! I`m telling you waatch any dirt comp at the moment and this guy whoops everyone 360 drop in`s off the in ramp into front flip too back flip too 540 or 720 just pure amazing! wish I could remember his name and i`d find a clip!
what ever I get my hands on for strength really apart from the rear brake pivot bolt for which I use some ultra strong stuff as with the lesser ones mine still keeps coming undone! So I guess just give whatever you have a go or just get something mid strength
I admitidley don`t do all the bolts just the ones I find loose on my after ride bike check and clean:
So on MY bike the worst ones have been:
1. Front frame strut upper bolts
2. Rear brake pivot bolt
3. Rear disk bolts
4. Top shock mount!!!
5. Rear bash plate bolts
Think they are the worst ones from memory could quite possibly be more but I can`t remember
Yep sounded like mine when I first got it but like you say spend a little time on it (which really you shouldn`t need too on a new bike!) lock-tite all the bolts do the carb float adjustments and you`ll have the biggest grin everytime you go out for a ride
so many little things like this annoy me a lot more now like the quick spin on with a nut much harder with my forefinger, but hey it`s all a learning curve never know I may find some advantages from it soon?
First class cheers Atom, must admit it`s the first time i`ve ever really noticed this style of playing solo and it`s great I think QOTSA use the style occasionally too and well we ALL know what a great band they are
I fully agree with you and the reasons I bought a 250 were I had a Scorpa Easy 250 for a month and hated it (too heavy etc for what I wanted too do) didn`t know anything at all about trials and thought there were 125`s for the young uns 250`s for the real people and 270`s/300`s for the gods! but now i`m getting too grips with things I can`t wait too be in a position too buy a 200 be it new or old (well not too old)
Obviously this is just me and reading this thread a fair few people seem too be slowly admitting overbikeness?
This guy is amazing I love my music and know there are a few on here that appreciate good talent so when I stumbled across this.... I`ll let the talent do the talking
You may not of lauged at the time but you`ve managed too make me laugh loads and loads reading that, and I can`t help finding it funny I knew about the phone call you were gonna recieve
an award for 2007 has been given already? but fair play young man you are an inspiration too us all keep it up and I hope you finally get the team ride you deserve
