I had problems with mine and ended up in the worst case scenario position I pulled the seal out and ripped the bearing apart so you are just left with outer shell of the bearing then put a bead of weld around the bearing seat area, the heat alone made it pretty much fall out plus you now have the weld to bash it out with.
Obviously you only need to do this on one side as once its out you can remove the spacer and get too the back of the opposing bearing.
The front is a lot easier ( well mine was) due too a differnt spacer layout from memory.
I`m sure r2w and a few others will come on here and tell you a real easy way of doing it boasting it should only take 5-10 minutes but hey we all gotta start somewere

Coolant after a period of time loses it`s anti corrosive properties allowing the water in your mixture too start the dreaded oxidising process, a few Beta`s have been known too have casings with a certain alloy type that corrode quite easily, your best bet is too check your casings. Hopefully you will have caught the problem in time?
It is very important on an engine of this size with such small cooling jackets too keep on top of your fgluids and change them regularly, I`ve not had mine long but will change my coolant at least 6 monthly, any slight blockage in the system could cause massive headaches and big un-needed bills in the long run.
This said one of the r2w riders had a slight rot problem round the impellar shaft area (I think it was) he bought a new case I think was about

Right I ordered an 07 front mudguard yesterday from Lampkins they had just that day got them in and it arrived this morning so top marks for that it was just under

I`ve been told it`ll be end of this month start of next? not completely sure but i`m hoping for start of next
-
I can vouch for the front wheels from Haven, for my Beta it was ordered and dealt with super swiftly thanks again
It arrived as an origanal part ( well looks identical) and from what they said they just import them direct and somehow manage too sell them cheaper ( a fair bit I may add) than everyone else?
So I can only guess that there rears are the same?
-
I would also like too know about the middle box, but I guess the flywheel weight is the same as fitted too the uk model bikes as standard? selling them as a spare for the rest of the world maybe? I may be wrong (probably)
But as for there use it just smooths out the bottom end power a little making for a little better traction in the mud etc.
Sorry I couldn`t be of any better help but there will be loads on here that can and hopefully will
-
Again i`ve got the 250 and it`s been played with a little, reeds, throttle tube,no flywheel weight, r2w carby tuning ( in the valleys this was done!)
This said though lovely as it is I do rely on the bikes power more than I feel I should and would probably go for a 200 next time round or maybe a 125 if it felt ok when tried out

I know a lot of people use ATF me being one, I started off with castrol then went too valvoline now I`ve just bought a big old tub of cheapy Autolube stuff. I`m in the understanding and have had no issues doing this myself, as long as you buy the Dexron III (3) grade and change it frequently enough all should be well.
Hope that makes sense
