  6. I used too have a trailer well it was my dad`s but we converted it so the back slid out then we put a `U` channel for the front wheel too sit in and then put some hook type tie down points in each corner of the trailer and there you have it a multi-purpose trailer. The other option of course instead of using the `U` channel is you could cut out a slot for the wheel to sit into this would probably be a little more stable Hope this helps Barry
  7. May be worth bleeding the system and the fact that it drags a bit you could adjust it on the lever for when it is warm but the drag when it`s cold? mines the same I just wait for the engine to warm up a bit (good practise to do this anyway in my opinion) Hope this helps

  9. Thing with plastic tanks is they are usualy slightly porus (sp?) so the fuel will bubble the paint off from the inside however if you still wish too give it a go i just painted a rear mudgaurd and i used a special primer for plastics that helps the paint stick and stops it from flaking makes it flexible then used the same make paint on top of that and came out really nice!
  10. Good job ready for my brand new (white ) mudgaurd or maybe my forks
  11. just done the crank seals on my scorpa and yes it is that simple once you`ve pulled the flywheel! may well need some special tools but when you get there the self tapping screw method is one I used and is very effective. Be carefull when putting the new seal in that it goes in straight/square

  16. theres a few here http://www.infinitymotorcycles.com/product.asp?ProductID=773 ranging in price depending on length but it looks as though the middle length is cheaper than the rest? and they are claiming thatcham approved so yes that means its an insurance approved lock should save you a bit on you premium However just spotted the hardcore lock and chain here also thatcham approved but only costing
  17. if too tight at least you will wear the chain and sprockets fast at worst chain could snap whip round and crack your cases or bend the output shaft i would suggest to loose rather than too tight. But my personal opinion on a good tension would be so you can move the chain up and down 2-2.5 inchs with you on the bike only an opinion of course
