Since I'm in the USA, I ordered the tank decal and it came with the frame decal,
200,250,270 decals and a black top tank decal that I didn't use. Cost $25.00
plus postage.
I use a Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W1 5.1 mega pixel.
Takes goods pics.
-
Just put '06 tank and frame decals on my '04 REV-3.
Looks great, what do you think?
-
Thanks,
I just took my two bikes apart. One bike has low bars and the other has original bent bars. Those pictures are GREAT! Love that Majesty!
-
What is the height, rise, bend, etc of stock TY175 bars?
Who makes a good stock replacedment?
-
-
I have two TY175s, I might be interested in building a Majesty 200 clone?
Did John bore out and resleeve a 175 or what? Are pistons available?
Are Majesty 200 gas tanks available?
The pictures of Majestys have been a great help!
I still can't get to the Majesty web site.

Haven't heard much of anything on the Sherco 3.2 4T. Does anyone ride one?
Seems like all the talk is still about the Cota R4T!
-
I've sent several email to the OSET link, but no reply. Anyone else had any luck
getting other info?
Do anyone know where these electic bike will be produced?
-
A better "beginner" bike would be same year or newer GasGas 270.
Softer deliver of power.
-
Any one put an electronic ignition from a DT175 on a TY175?
What's involved?
-
After many years use out of my Gaenne oiled boots, looks like it's time for a new
pair. How would the Gaernes' compare to the new Hebo and Novagar boots?
-

I just fixed my slow leak in rear tire/wheel. Air was leaking thru the spoke nipples because of the rim sealing band. Remove the tire, remove the rim seal.
Clean with hot soapy water and replace. The valve stem is tricky.
P.S.
I used soapy water to find the leaky spokes.
-
Thanks for info. I'm sure stuff like some side case covers, brake hubs etc.
Yes if I find some DTs, they will have to be cheap!
-
Do engine parts,(piston, rod, crank, clutch, etc) brakes, cables, etc. from the DT models swap out with TY parts?
So if I found a Yamaha DT model I might could use the engine parts in my TY?
Thanks,
Mick USA

Any one watched the 2004 Outdoor World Trials review from Duke video?
Are there any other 2004 Outdoor "in review" videos available?
-
-
Check the kill button, the wire on my Beta was shorting out and killing the
spark. Use a good kill button off a Jap. MX bike.
Good luck.
-
1 tooth on the counter shaft sprocket is equal to about 3 teeth on the rear.
Up or down.
-
In the US, at Pep Boys Auto parts and others, 'knock off' dirt bikes and
mini-pit bikes, choppers, etc. are priced very cheap compared to top of
the line dirt bikes and 4-wheelers.
The dirt bike look like honda air cooled motors and the rest of the bike
looks like its from the '80s. A cheap China trials bike might be on the way?
A $1500.00 price might sell well?
-
I'll keep it short and sweet! This is the best, sweetest, smoothest bike
I've owned. The only thing I had to do was adjust the clutch to my liking.
Throttle response is just right for me, slow and very smooth. Power
when and where I need it. It's the first bike I've owned that I wasn't disapointed in and looking for mods to make it "right" for me.
It's just perfect for me! Now all I need is more time to ride!
-
The '95 Techno I sold is still going stronge and still looks almost new!
Since I don't ride that much and don't live in rock country a bike will
last me a long time. The '99 GG321 was a great bike and provided several
years of problem free riding. The '02 Sherco was very smooth and has a nice neutral riding feel, no problems at all. The steel frames
have a tendacy to develope rust spots if mosture was hiding in unseen
areas. I was always making sure areas under the tank and such were
clean and dry. I think all the modern trials bikes are great but some fit
riders better than others? In looking for a "new used" bike I considered the aluminum framed bikes for long term owership. Yes I considered a used
Montesa because of the Honda name. But the bottom line, I liked the
way the Rev3 turned, fully adjustable forks, linkless rear shock, Mikuni
carb, repackable muffler, smooth motor, and especially that beautiful scuptured frame!
I haven't had a chance to rider it our practice sections in Roberta, but
what little time I've had on the pegs, left me with a big smile:)
