Jack Burnicle is a kin to Murray Walker in F1. Both often way of the mark but yet F1 is no longer the same even with the knowledge of Eddie Jordan n Coultards drivel.

The old car rack is a nightmare come winter time with the roads gritted, then the frozen tap back home. It does hammer your car over the years a rack, as mine has a few scratches now and im able to grow potatoes in the boot.
Best bet let Greg pick you up

Im thinking of selling my Toni Bou GasGas 3.5 v8 although not sure, 2007 pro now n ebay

It doesn't take much impact to a tooth to kill it requiring an expensive root canal. Then that tooth will become brittle and can crack requiring extraction and then the even more expensive bridge or dental implant
Sounds like you shouldnt be crossing a road. How about thigh boots to protect your knees

Here in uk you be a man n take it on the chin. To be fair you aint going to do Raga type sections.
Try both and you will find it a disadvantage as full face are desgined for further vision requirement, unlike open face desgined for wide short vision.

Loved the Montesa rider going over the handle bars on the ramp.
-
240v works both ways if you forget. Mate of mine did this years ago to his metal garage door, then came around on the floor having forgotten so disable the power
I drive fairly quick n keep a general eye on who is following me, but its still pot luck.
I think clubs could help with you having to show frame n engine numbers when joining or change of bike. This coulde be added into a small fee and the data base held here on ?. The police attended a trial once and a number of bikes were taken away.

Thats caus Sidis are like wearing concrete blocks. I had em for years then on second pair of Alpinestars. They give you a real real of whats going on under yer feet. At the end of the day its up to you what works for you.
-
Just ignore it like you say, it will self repair.
-
Nice one
A mate of mine works for BMW Uk and advised me years ago to soak in soapy water then apply and squeeze out excess water with damp rag. then use hair dryer. Its always worked for me 100%

I use the Missus does a lovely everytime, cant beat it get back for F1 on sky plus
-
Basically its the same engine as your Rev3 so the same oil in the gearbox. The current beta gearbox is the same as the 94 Techno all but a few tweaks.
You will have rear linkage to strip n check i would assume n wheel bearings to check n brake pads.
Should be bullet proof as it was the last model so should be the best of technos all be it old.
-
Dabill rode well last year as him n Bou only completed some sections, yet he has not adapted well to the Beta Evo. I have mentioned the lack of new talent as its still the old boys in the top lot, so less injury Bou will indeed beat Dougies titles. Jack has done great on his first year but age like for like Bou was light years ahead, so cant see a challenger from him.
We will just have to wait for Dougies son to grow up.

Seen one for myself close up and is has some great engineering and then some terrible engineering. The plastic box cover look like id made it by the way it didnt fit, welding in the exhaust rear poor. The frame casting looked terrible as in pitting n not finished of that well.
The rear wheel looked a work of art but looks heavy with the large nut type fixings.
I reckon with a little refining it will be a great bike but a tad expensive.
-
I like the look of the 07 better plus you have different finish on the wheels to the 08 model, so wont look like an 08 if thats what you whish to achieve.
-
This came from my friends son who attended a training day to which i believe not 100% sure but A Wigg. Take it or leave it but the technics he learned made him ride better. Some of the things ive heard from experts ive thought never in a million years yet the advice as worked.
Spin a bike wheel holding the spindle and see how hard it becomes to move the faster it turns, so i assume it would apply to the engine to some degree.
-
As you land you need to nod your head slightly taking the shoulders in the opposite direction to counter balance if you are footing on landing. The engine may be used, as you rev the bike gets gyroscope effect and aids balance. I do the latter when knackered n loosing control slightly.
Practise is the only way

What a S3 front pipe like on the 290 with standard rear box ?
-
And it does what?
Oh yeah makes you 35lb lighter or near on
-
All the guys at the top less Toni Bou have been around for near on ten years now, so i can see Toni Bou beating Dougies records as new talent coming through isnt constantly in the top five. Fujigas is also looking scary on the indoors scene too.
Age robs the reaction time which is critical factor for top level trials, however enduro its slighty less so. Maybe a GasGas mounted Dougie might take a world title in enduro hopefully.
-
No why you buying one then ?
-
Tesco dash board or bumper n tyre restore. I was sold a story many years ago that WD40 can discolour things and swell rubber, mmmm me rear tred could do with a spray then.
-
Difficult enough for most observers with out added complication. Imagine counting multiple dabs seems way to much hassle as you usually get some poor sod dragged into it cause his/her mate says "come n watch me in a trial its a great day out".
-
Why not consider a Beta Rev3 if linkless is what you want. This is only my opinion of the Yam Scorpa`s, my friend had one which fell over in the wind and the gear level holed the engine casing which was thin as hell. The petrol tank`s can hole and seen many repaired or have been replace not cheap. Worst thing ive seen is a young girls engine completely split in halve and the kickstart had returned punching an hole in, yes the tank.
The Sherco 290 and GasGas 280 are the worst possible choices to learn on and would advise you to take plenty of time and try a few bike`s and ask lots of questions as you may regret your next purchase. My first purchase was the worst possible choice and i too rushed in on my first few bikes only to regret it.
Best of luck
