You can adjust the lever inwards and the bite point. Also heat and bend the lever in slightly for a closer reach.

Personally id blame mate for been late. I mainly find carb is the biggest issue 90% of issues are due to carb, ie dirt or water old fuel etc. Then spark plug n plug cap, Then Flywheel housing not dry. On the whole ive not had much electrical issues with Gassers

Dont go on the P!55 night before. Walk the section and stick youre arms out as if youre riding it. I even re walk a section on second lap if i dont recall it clealy. As said make sure bike is set up idle and the clutch reach and clear.

Best way to stop a bike tug on throttle make sure its not stuck, if not put choke on and lay bike on side after turning fuel off.

Does the fan come in when riding ? The thermostat should work before boling point as naturally its too late when boiling point is reached. Mine failed and did simliar issue. If that test ok then remove pipe to rad bottom make sure the pump sprays out water by runing bike. Remove rad and ensure water can pass freely. All so does the rad cap work as this should allow any excess pressure to release as an over pressured system will turn into a pressure cooker. Rattling as it overheats normally happens along with a smell and its time to stop the motor. Good Luck

I had to put mine on its side which did flood it. From that i adjusted float level and it was 100% better. The bike should be no worst than any other bike to start.

And the hair style is about same period.

Try a flywheel weight as i found that did more than the head insert. I run with both and its smooth my bike out no end.

Ten minutes n it will bed in. Ive never had a chain fail n mixed n matched. Unless is totally worn out. Mountain bikers are anal about chains but my mountain bike just keeps going year in year out and ok hands up its a smoother gear chain when i do swap everything but dont buy into buying cheap as thats a clear waste ot time.

I had a similar issue with police not responding to help me. I then rang back and gave them the address i and a group of mates was going to armed with baseball bats etc, only to get a immediate response. Police are not interested in thieft in my experience of 5 bikes taken over the years. Hope you get em back.

I use these for mountain biking GForm pads very thin and work very well as they dont restrict movement. Spark plug gap would be my guess if not then ill pull the plug out and check for flooding, float level to high.

Try asprin thins the blood which often is causes arm pump lack of blood supply to which maybe a root cause of youre issue.

Flywheel weight smooths the bike out and it runs on slightly better. Less snappy.

Dont get a GasGas 280 on a 07 model. I had a 07 300 and that was ok but that year the 280 was a real beast just spun up at slightest touch of throttle. You dont need anything more than 250 as a beginner,

Put your hands out about handle bar width, stand at the bottom of your stairs then twist right hand and run up stairs. Rememeber to use your brake on way back down

Most likley you have an issue with the idle gear or the kick start paw which has caused the cases to crack.

Try raising the float level in the carb. Also dont touch the throttle and use the choke from cold.

Needs technology to really be neutral like Tennis has embraced and finally that crappy football. A decent engineer told me the same about buying after market exhaust. Who knows best small engineering firm or the actual maker of the bike. Often after market things can only shift the power out put lower or higher which maybe what some customers want. I must admit the Arrow looks better than the ome.
