So how many mml to 5 Ltr would you use for a modern gasser. Is it any advantage over Motul 800 ?

The whole non stop is a farce. Years ago we have loads of venues, now its make do so its easier to run stop as you dont need straighter type sections. Yep Jackwood, Scott n SSDT are great non stop trials but not many veneus live upto that standard. Big turn off for beginners, how many struddle like mad yet they will recieve 5s all day long and no doubt be deterred from this sport. Bikes are no longer the same as yesteryear, they can stop n start and have ten fold better suspension. As for the BTC its pointless to make it easier, surely its about who is best and can go on maybe to WTC, not let every man n his dog have a pop at it. And yes alot of them n us happens, i never kick off but ive took many a five when a named rider gets away with the stop. Maybe i should bawl out FIVE!!!! i do with me mates as part of our p!55 take.

Remove the clutch lever you apparently dont no longer need it for non stop Stop watch with a buzzer cheap enough. If that was the best come hardest section it was like paint drying to watch, is this the form of whats to come ?. Hopefully the Jack Wood will be a better watch as it seems to lend its self more to non stop sections.

Would you observe if it was no stop again ?

Drop the no stop rule this actually highlights the flaws as many on here said it wasn't a five. I think the sections should be timed ie 30sec on these events, as it gets the pace going and a stop watch cheap and precise.

300 4t beta Is unbelievable at getting grip. Two mates just bought em great all rounder soft smooth with a steady build up of power. I don't think you gain anything by buying an old bike as you'll spend most likely what you loose on a newer bike.

Out of interest would you observe a no stop trial or a stop permitted. I have observed a stop but would not a no stop, as I would feel the interpretation of a stop, rider n my view maybe different and not worth the confrontation.

How long do you recommend on an induction hob . Mine fitted fine and with the standard gear lever. Yet to try it on me 250 as its way to snappy compared to me last 300.

They have changed as a fellow rider measured an old IRC against a new one and the diameter was 4mm larger on the new one. They hold pressure until impact then simply blow air out due to loose rim seal.

Dont buy IRC as they have changed recently and have 4mm larger diameter, comparing old IRC with new replacement one. My friend had one on his GasGas 2010 model and it constantly let air out when riding with impact to the rear. The shop took it back and the X11 replacement was no issue. Go with X11 as grip is key to the sport.

I bet you report back the New IRC keeps going flat. They are 4mm larger than other tyres and ive yet to see one stay up on any GasGas.

Uvex googles are best ive used but squash googles are great as they are cheap n designed with sweating in mind

Looks more like a rider issue to me than bike. Problem is a bike can change a fair bit in year to year, as i had an 07 Gasser 300 and it was lovely and soft yet the 2011 are animals by all accounts. Two mates last year bought 2010 and 2009 Gassers 250cc yet the 2010 was way more snappy n both had the same use so not due to wear n tear. As always try before you buy as its each to thier own.

Why partly because he came from push bike trials, to which they allow full use of skills unlike the way no stop will go. Yes it does not relate to the have a go harry on sunday, but we need to think what the young ones want not us older riders and yes thats me. I bet no stoppers are older or low scores in results. The one person i see great at non stop is Tony Scarlett still top level reagardless to the event.
