NO..............that would ruin it.
It needs pink powder coated wheels and frame!
Dad wont let me put a fluffy bar pad on the new beamish Although i guess it would need a cross brace first
You now have a new competitor in your twinshock class now, the betas going and ill be riding the suzuki for a few months
-
I think thre are going to be a fair few shercos next year, dont know why?
Round here there are hardly any montesa's only seen one standard 06 but a few 05's and a repsol one
-
Talking of old motocross bikes did anyone see that matchless/BSA on ebay..............it had a 610cc engine running on methanol, seemed quite quick actually
Edit: just found it here.....
-
stupidly nice bike there, i think i prefer those mudguards than the ones in the uk.
What bike did you have before??
-
Is the job going to be life changing money?? if not take a loan, i cant wait till next year and student grants What a nice sherco thats going to buy
Why not leave the mont here and buy a nice KTM out there.......think of the possible injuries wearing you one piece suit on a 400cc bike.
You said about a further interview, dont know whether to say hope it goes well or hope it goes badly so you have to stay here and ride trials and HOPEFULLY damage the flat tank
-
Why ont you get one of those seats ishy/rtclick had for the ssdt and remove that (stupid ) flat tank and put the old one on and ride a few enduros on the mont???
-
Were those all yours??
Hope you or whoever the were gets them back.
Keep checking ebay as they could come up on there in a few weeks/months possibly??
-
He's too old...............i'll hide now
-
Ive done the exploding tyre thing on t' downhill bike, but i did laugh at all those rims splitting
-
Have you thought about getting each stage done separately.
Firstly take the wheel apart yourself.......simple
Then contact a local anodizer/powder coater etc
Then with the spokes that you took out measure them and order a set.
Then if you can lace the wheel up, if not get the local bike shop to build it and tension the spokes.
It can work out cheaply depending what the anodizing costs
the local bike shop should charge about
-
Why did you go and do that for........the debate begins
-
Not neccessarily nigel.
If you are stupid (me) you will just inflate till your hearts content and it will work..........or the tyre pops, either way im happy.
p.s the tyre beader is too easy, it takes all the fun out of tyre fitting, it removes the danger factor.
-
Do you mean going to live out there for a long time or just a few months??
If it is for a long time can i have the 4rt pleeeeeeeeeeease??
Have you done things like a google search??
Do you even speak romanian?
My mum knows some lithiuanians and trying to explain trials to them was like removing the smell from poo
-
I saw this one on you tube as wellthe linky
-
Is that highland lassie??
-
I hope you clicked no andy, just to show how angry you are
-
I see you ride a 4rt, it seems a bit biased to me
Anyway montesa would win as they have had longer to get their riders used to the bike.
Also gas gas dont even have a 4 stroke availabe so wouldnt even have a chance, and apparently they are having financial problems so may not be able to afford it
-
Bloody hell Old Trials f***wit
I was only trying in a FIELD!
Did you ever see steve monk on his fantic?? he could hop it amazingly i just wanted to see how difficult it really is. I much prefer to see someone like john kendall ride his triumph through an intermediate section than a modern bike rider, it just looks so smooth.
Sorry if i contradicted the subject in the posts previously, I was just reading through and had a few questions
-
I dont see a gasser................. Good man
-
Sorry i didnt make myself very clear...... What i mean is i need to understand the rules in case there is a no-stop event and im always stopping and hopping etc on my beta so its gonna be a bit of a change.
Oh yeah, went out on the beamish today AND i can hop on the back wheel going up a hill, shame the front brake doesnt work for endo's
-
hmmmm looks very nice.
I was just wondering if the drive on the left and the shock offset to the left will affect its action in anyway???
-
Im just wondering....
If moden bikes are riding at a classic championship round (e.g if club opens trial to modern bikes togain a greater entry) and there is an expert route, many of these riders will stop to gain balance before attempting a step etc so should this be a 5???
Also if there is a log (randomly) and the bike stops on its sump guard as the rider trys to get it off without putting their foot down is this a 5.
Sorry for questions as im starting twinshock trials soon and want to understand rules
-
That kind of thing happened to me today in the field out back
T'was the plug and it ran fine after i changed it
before anything try a new plug, if no different check kill switch
-
Heres another
A policeman walked down an alleyway to find two men one with his fingers up the other ones a***
The policeman said "whats going on here then"
One man replied "im trying to make him throw up"
The policeman replied "that wont work"
The man replied "it bloody well will when i poke them down his throat!!"
-
