My hebo lid has taken quite a few bashes now. Mostly off the bike (door frames, roll cages and dropping it) I like it but not the shape, but comfortable.
I like R2's KK replica one but thats gonna be hard to find and expensive.
Any rccomendations. Oh yeah it has to have a removable lining to keep mum busy with the washing.

There was a good one on here that showed some of the aussie nationals.
That would be good as it had some extreme stuff on it and you could say you can do that!!!
-
OVER A GRAND!!!!!
In the right hands could be lovely but does look like a complete restoration is needed so even more
-
nice looking place...
I do like going in forests though, although on sunday there was a lot of pikeys around and they had ruined a once nice place with glass, ditched mopeds and general crap SHOOT EM ALL!!!!
-
A bid has been taken off last time i looked i swear it was

ned1 The wheels wont fit i dont think as the gas gas has a smaller disc with different mounts to mine. Why dont you get yours powder coated?? I dont think it costs that much if you strip the wheels yourself
R2 i also love rocks now, brakes work on them and soooooooooo much grip, i was amazed. i also like concrete pipes
As for the beta the price is getting a bit too high for me. I was hoping it would be lower but isnt (such a good bike)
Looks like im going to have to get a different one
Should i get the wheels anodized or powder coated???????
-
is it alright just to change your mix or do you have to do it gradually????
-
-
What primer and paint did you use as im looking to paint my front mudguard in blue with chinese symbols in silver. I cant get the blue to stick. The silvers easy but i think im using wrong primer
Any help?????
-
no mixing required. Oil is in the sump and depending how long you are borrowing it for you wont need to change this. Hope you get on well with riding!!!!
-
VERY nice. A shame if it was to be used by the buyer. All the pinkies i have seen are no where near that condition
Lovely bike

On my beta ive done about 7 foot on to a flat and about 5.5ft landing down a slope. all is fine on it and my mates mont does the same. Nobody rides where we do on a gasser coz theres only 3 of us. The pampera did do a bit too much and has such good bits on it especially brakes and forks it was a shame the frame snapped, didnt mean to cause a stir, it just happened.
Off topic but would a rider be allowed to ride a pampera in the SSDT as they are pretty much a trials bike with a lot of plastics on???????
-
I wasnt saying that bike was a pampera, it did sound like i did and im sorry. I dont think drops do these bikes much good and jumps and thrashing them around does kill them!!
The pampera snapped due to motox use and a lot of jumping!
-
this is what happened to my mates pampera, lack of mainenance. So there is nothing wrong with gas gas they just need looking after and regular checks throughout. The pic was on user images somewhere
-
I finally rode a little bit of rock today!!!
Not very big about 2-3ft max but i did it, so much easier than logs
As for the bike, he still hasnt got back to me and ive been offered an 05 if this blokes son doesnt start riding! If i get the one ive been offered im gonna get the wheels powder coated and exhaust anodized in black. (no pink)
-
i can roll backwards on the back wheel but the rest amazed me.... especially the front flip!!
-
im quite near to kent and never ridden a rock in a trial. Think what my gold bolts and pink bar pad would look like on it
Time to start scrounging to dad!!
Unless anyone fancies donating some money to the trials in essex fund(ME)????
-
just another pic of the gas gas quality
-
I just found this on ebay
beta
I dont know though as i think hes made it look like this to cover up something but i dont know what. I asked him what he wanted for it and waiting for a reply
Any Views or ideas???
-
it wasnt pointing uphill when you started??
No seriously my bike always kicks back when its quit cold in gear. was it warm when you started it? all main bearings ok?
-
r2 your copying my idea of exhaust stickers (i have more than you )
For the mud on your tyres i lay a sheet under my wheel and hit with a rubber mallet this can then be taken and left inside to annoy other house members
-
your forgetting duct tape as well that fixes anything!!!
The only bits i like are the swingarm covers but the rest looks s*#t
-
depends if he part exchanged it.Some dealers are quite stupid when it comes to part ex, my mate changed his 96 gas gas 200 which was knackered, bearings, head gasket leaks, forks didnt work etc and got
-
ive got a little rubber thing with fantic moulded into it, apparently it holds enough oil for one pint or litre (cant remember) of fuel.
-
please tell me you copied and pasted that!!
My petrol only leaks when the bike falls on the right, doesnt make sense to me but thats what happens!
