Was the beta 4t really that bad??
-
-
Where to start??
Lovely wheels.
Get the triple clamps done, and some goldy coloured handlebars.
Then it will be awesome.
-
Easy to keep polished stuff polished, just polish it
Are those rims tubless compatible as well??
-
They seem a good price as well........ unlucky
What about mega polished to match the (crappy) frame on your bike
-
Youre about as fussy as a woman...............
Just a thought, what about gold?? that wouldnt have that horrible shine like that yellow does.
or buy a sherco and the wheels come done already
-
Ahh, somebody is old fashioned........
You dont even have to get out of your car and walk. i.e. drive "thru". Even macdonalds cant spell!!
-
Cant make my mind up.........that one or a twinshock one on the beamish??
Are the entry forms going to be in the gazette or do i have to contact someone for one??
They do look good though
-
What about these swingarm protectors??
-
The best looking bikes have to be........
1, My 2006 sherco
2, 2007 scorpa 175
3, John Kendalls Triumph
4, Repsol 4rt
5, Ossa MAR's
-
No experience of scorpa brakes but it sounds like the M/Cylinder has gone. You may be able to get new seals but not too sure of this.
Good luck though, they do get VERY annoying.
-
-
For trials.........yes they are crap
For all mountain and cross country.........not at all crap, and dont clog up with mud.
-
Do they get very hot after much use??
All of the kids picured have big smiles on their faces, so dads, you have done a good job
-
If you want a cable brake thenTHESE are the cheaper avid brakes, they are almost the same as the avid bb7 posted earlier, but are used as OE on loads of bikes so are cheap, as they arent usually available off of a bike.

Hope this helps

Being about to get a set of discs for my mountain bike (carbon fibre levers & m/c, hayes ones) i would highly reccomend the hope mono mini trials brake after trying one to see if it would suit, these are easy to set up and can be perfectly alligned with the shims provides. I wouldnt reccomend the cable discs as they eat pads and are rubbish in the wet + there is the problem of gettin grit in the cables.
-
That'll teach her for scavenging out of washed up containers on the beach
-
Two zip ties should do it......and the mudguard will come off before it snaps.
Clever eh
-
Exact same thing happened to me on my beta, However i found a paperclip in my pocket god knows how it got there, but when i got back, the fan stopped and i discovered my 12v adjuster unit had melted and had the lovely aroma of burning plastic.
moral of the story: buy a sherco
-
Typical beta quality shining through there
I hate retiring from a trial when its a good one
-
Why bother with the middle and top shelves sean?? the bottom shelf is the highest you will ever get
-
That's not me! Take a look at the Dad....
Definately isnt andy...........just look at that small waist, happy face and a head full of hair
-
What about selling it as separate parts, that way people who want a certain part dont have to buy the whole bike and will bid high (hopefully) on the bit they want???????
-
this is of no use to you but my sherco kick start has started this. The little screw on the beta one, take it out and see if you can separate the two bits. if not i used to put 3 in one oil in there and wiggle Then fill with grease and replace screw
