Why not get a mitani pipe??? Im sure they make them for scorpas, if not mitani it was another japanese company.
As for painting the exhaust, remove all the paint and thoroughly degrease it and the paint will last a little longer.

He will also probably be required to wear gloves too.
Also i would reccomend a rugby shirt as these dont let the thorns straight through and offer a bit of protection from that evil thing known as the floor
-
I also see he has his name on the tank, so he knows its his???
-
75w is fine for gearbox just change it a little more often, also the 2 stroke oil you have will be fine what ever mixture you decide to use.

lean foward, extend your arms to compress the forks then shift your weight back but not too far, whilst leaning back twist the throttle to lift the front up. Just keep a finger onthe clutch and foot on the brake.
-
Soak in degreasing solution, then spray with brake cleaner to dissolve everything. Then but the tin of wax made by putoline and boil the chain in that and remove and wipe off gently so as not to remove too much of the wax. I do this once or twice a month. In between i use putoline chain lube that doesnt fly off. if not PJ1 chain lube is quite good. Hope this helps.

Ban him andy
He has just admitted to being a true french man
-
To be honest i dont like them that much (sorry)
You know the ones youre having done for me with my name on Why not just extend that shape to the full length of the swingarm for full protection???
p.s. i will send money later today
-
I used to wash my chain in petrol but now use parraffin or white spirit (this doesnt make me feel dizzy )
For those of you that do wash your chain in petrol you can get a paraffin parts washer for about
-
2005. these will fit to a 2003 290
I think the 2000 ones were grey but may be a different fitting
2005 sherco
-
no, i dont think so
The only colours that will fit are greyey silver, i.e. 05 colours AND blue the colour that was probably on your bike anyway
-
Ive just thought (rare occasion) WHY not get your wheels done in white?? Ive never seen that before.
Why not be a pioneer for having white wheels??

Congratulations, i told you that you would be one of the first humans to own one
-
Take a look on ebay, theres a guy selling a load of real carbon stuff on there.
-
Do they quite often then??
-
Ah unlike YOU i have mine done already, less the pink hubs
All black (rims, hubs + spokes)
-
Does it look a little like this???
-
So your saying that these 6ft drops and steps etc dont put strain on the wheel bearings?? They are god damn tough so little lifting wont make much difference
Just put it on the rack however you find easiest. I would guess that front wheel first would be the easiest
OR just buy a VAN
-
that will be the general point made in this thread
Get a renthal or regina or DID one in the longest length so it can be cut down if neccessary
-
Jamie where can I get this DW 40 from? i`m well up for spraying my bike with the stuff if it brings me horses (especailly Shires), I`m sure I could sell said horses too the local Pikeys for a couple of quid
Wow someone else has local pikeys as well as me
I had my bike nicked from college today and when i find those pikey/chav scum they aint gonna look too good. Use the old knife to leg trick so the pussies cant run away
-
Yay, my local trial.
Will reccomend this one.
It can be a little tricky in places but fairly easy on a modern bike but quite challenging on a twinshock/pre 65
not too sure if the date has changed for this year, if it rains it will be very good.
hope to see some of you there.
-
Lazy sod............set the bike up yerself and get your mum to take you
-
You missed vee rubber out...........
These are good and cheap as well.
The tread is very soft so probably wont last long but grips soooo well
