  1. Half way along the tube cut half of the tube away with a scalpel/Stanley knife to a length of approx. 2 cm ......this will allow air [atmospheric pressure] to enter the chamber above the fuel in the float bowl ..........if air cannot enter there [because the vents have been blocked by a piece of unvented tubing] at atmospheric pressure fuel cannot be sucked through the carb jets to supply the motor. Its a common mistake made by people who do not understand how a carburettor works.
  2. Clamp the pistons that move once you have pushed them as far back into their cylinders as they will go ..... now when you operate the pedal you may get the two seized ones to start moving ..........if your pedal 'goes to the floor' then your system has air in it probably caused by a worn seal on the piston or a worn bore in the master cylinder that is if you have bled the system using the correct method.and it still is not a firm pedal.

Seems to me that it implies that the main/crank bearings are held in housings that are separate to the crankcases and can be unbolted from the crankcase exterior face and worked on away from the motor ....if that is correct and it works then that makes it a doddle to work on
  4. In 2011 there was a rear m/cylinder change and it would appear that even though the part number for all hoses through the years remain the same there must be differences in the banjo fittings that are then specified by adding the specific year to the part number of the hose so there lies the difference that Jitsie have either not picked up on or have not disclosed in their advert ............it does not mean the 2009/10 hose will not fit your 2015 .......you will need to ask a BETA TRIALS DEALER or a BETA OWNER who has experience of all years of manufacture. if the banjo fittings are compatible between 2010 and a 2015
  5. Do not know what is going on with Beta lineaway but the 2016 2017 and 2018 hose has the same part number as the earlier years back to 2009/10 and the part number for the rear m/cylinder changes in 2017 from 007 36 150 80 00 to 007 36 002 80 00 for 2017 and 2018 models if the fittings are different on the hoses then they must use the year along with the hose number to differentiate between the changes master cylinder also changed in 2011 to part 007 36 150 80 00 and remains the same until another change as shown above in 2017.
  6. All the information about the benefits to diesel vehicles by using the Fass Fuel system is stated in the text and video that you posted , hope that helps......do I get any commission?
  7. Do it yourself its child play.
  8. Everything you need is at www.shercousa.com in 'DOCUMENTATION' and others
  9. Front needs a tube rear should be Tubeless if it is the standard Morad rim .......you should not need leak spray stuff [best not to use it]if your rim is clean of corrosion and all dirt and has a rim sealing tape that is in excellent condition ..... Doing it at home is easy if you have the following tools ....A large G clamp or bead breaker ......2 x tyre leavers and nylon rim protectors a Tyre beader [Apico] to help seal while inflating and a Compressor with a decent pressure but you can do it with a foot pump or a CO2 cartridge and adaptor as long as you have the beader and use plenty of tyre lube/soap when building up.

Its will probably turn out to be identical in the width where the hub fits .... just different with the new scooped out sides and slight difference in shape.
  11. Air boxes are expensive these days Second hand £50 - £70 plus you need the alloy sub frame support 2 piece £25 ish aswell that's another cost to the setup ......BK is the one with reasonable prices if you go that route
  12. You need a trials breakers like TBB.......BK......or ALLENS trials spares they can usually be found on Ebuy .It may be hard to find one specifically for your year if you get a later year one you should be able to cut it to fit.
  13. I am Mr Pedantic. don't take any notice. .....not that you would
  14. 2010 007360730 000 2015 007360730 000
  15. The thing you are missing is that you have not gone to the parts lists [that are on the internet for free]of the different year bikes in question to see if the part numbers on the rear brake hose change after 2010 ......if they are the same then you know that they do not change after 2010 and you can buy your cool hose off ebuy..
  16. To their knowledge........ did you then ask some one who should have some knowledge like the actual person who imports Beta trials bikes and spare parts .into Australia......if he/she says the parts are not available to his/her knowledge then ask Bosi in Italy or John Lampkin in the UK a decent Beta importer or specialist will know or will be able to find out if the Beta factory in Italy can supply those parts ....... 'To my Knowledge' meaning ...cannot be bothered to find out......... I take it you are very young and have not realised how lazy people can be if they do not see the possibility of a major profit for themselves or their experience of people asking about things is that after great efforts to find out the asker does not respond and order the parts so they just fob people off with a "not to my knowledge". The only definitive answer is "I called the importer and he got in touch with the factory and they say that they have no stock/they will be able to ship stock by 'X' date.

    engine oil

I have no idea if that specific oil has anything in it that may affect your plates so we are both not sure ...what I am sure of is If I was thinking of putting an oil in my trials gearbox that is designed for a truck gearbox and did not know;then I would be calling or emailing Fuchs to ask their technical department what they thought about the situation not the varying opinions of people on a forum

    engine oil

Dude you can do as you wish its no one elses business what you use in your gearbox but fibre clutch plates for your bikes are not that cheap[IMO] if there just happens to be an additive in that truck gearbox oil that you are using that makes them frictionless.........but like I said its your show.
