  1. My o4 280 pro after riding for a while I have noticed that the clutch lever will need to be adjusted. I am not sure if there is air in the line or what. yesterday i completed my first loop with no trouble, and then half way through my second it slipped a bit, and I had to adjust it. I was fine for the rest of the day after the adjustment.
  2. GUYS GUYS GUYS, just move to the united states you could ride a 600cc inline four cylinder if you felt that would do the trick!!! LOL
  3. All that Talent, a new gas gas, AND HE SLEPT WITH CHERYL CROW!!! Man he has it going on doesn't he!!!! LOL
  4. As soon as he started off the indoor winning, I wrote a blog under someone's congratulations note to Bou, as to whether beta would pay him enough to keep him. Too bad, its nice to see a strong rider on a beta.
  5. 7:00am central time zone??? I would like to tune in for it.
  6. being left handed, your brain works differently, functioning from the opposite side of right handers. Could possibly attribute to the difference also. I am fully left handed,(I don't do anything right handed), and I don't think right or left effects bike controls at all. I still get arm pump are hard testy sections just like everybody else!
  7. After speaking with Dale The gas gas importer in the states. He told me to use GM transmatic auto tranny fluid. It is the blue colored GM product. I bought one quart and used it, but the clutch was really sticky and had to warm up for 20 minutes before it achieved proper function,(and it was expensive!!!). I spoke with Jess Kempke and a couple other riders from the club and they all used the Maxlife tranny fluid. I tried that, and it works great. and at 13 dollars cheaper a quart I am sticking with it!
  8. I didn't really care for the sherco 4 stroke. It seemed really underpowered, and had a real heavy feel to it. the Montesa 4rt made better power for me, but that is from a guy who is much happier riding a two stroke.
  9. I have ridden the 4rt, the sherco 4 stroke, and I just can't seem to come to terms with the power delivery of the 4 stroke. the 4rt was definitely better than the sherco. Sherco was like riding a 80cc. I do like the 2 stroke scorpa, and I love the 4stroker yamaha motor. I can't wait to get a spin on the scorpa 4 stroke.
  10. I just picked up a 125 sherco for my son to move up too, and you can't believe how hard 125's are to find in the states. I heard from a club member during my searching that Beta is not importing 125s any longer, only on special orders.
  11. So Young riders overseas ride 125. I remember reading in trials comp about Cody Webb struggling to come to terms with riding a 125. I guess I thought he made a decision to ride that bike. All younger riders must ride this smaller displacement, it isn't a choice? Similar to the AMA motocross situation? Just learning how this all works?
  12. I updated it, thanks for the idea. I have been reading this site for quite a while, so I have already picked a lot. Always willing to learn more, thanks again.
  13. my son rode the beta and got along with it pretty well. The other little ones in our club ride the gas gas, and that bike is better. It is snappier, and has better brakes. Hind sight, I would have purchased the gas gas.
  14. Hi Roy, I am from Iowa in the states. Have been following trials for a very long time, but I am just starting my third season of riding. Completely hooked! can't wait for the weather to clear a bit so I can get back out and ride.
  15. First time in a chat forum, looking forward to it. Just wanted to intro myself to the group.
