I took the airbox off, gave the outside a good clean , then the rubber boot out the same way, pulled carb off manifold and out to the left with silencer removed.

    clutch advice

Its a 127,5 having a mare getting the carb back in, I'm pretty sure I have the connection rubber boot from back if carb to airbox facing the right way as the fitting diameter it.larger in the carb side than the.airbix side, but I can't get it all connected without it rolling off the back of the carb as I tighten the jubalie clip, any suggestions

Pindle the jet numbers sorta miss, so with the last number is a 7 or a 1? It should be 127.5 so it makes me think it not a 7?

    clutch advice

Checked the jets today and pilot jet is 27.5 but the main jet stamp is a bit off so it could be 127 or 121, do they out a line through the 7 in their jets?

Cheers lineaway, I checked the beta USA support section, no setting in the 2013 manual but the 14 & 15 manual gives the same changes so I'll assume the 13 would be the same, might have a look later today

    clutch advice

I seem to have improved it's progressive feel, stripped it and measured everything, all steel plates the same thickness as were the fibre ones.i noticed the one side of the tang on the steel is more rounded off and I may have had them facing out, can't be sure, so refitted them facing inward figuring the clutch engaging may be smoother that way, tested and seems to be correct, much happier with the clutch now
  10. What is your thoughts on them, compared say to previous factory models and standard models if you have any experience, thanks in advance

    clutch advice

So had a look at the clutch again and 2 springs are already removed, I don't remember doing that ? I can't locate the air screw? And I have tried the " keeping the revs higher, which deffo helps, maybe I will just have to live with it
  14. I take it off and hang it ,back bleed it and move the master cylinder around and let the air make its way to the master cylinder, keep back bleeding
