Who else has a spares box ? (not spares as in cases n barrels etc) I mean the stuff you take with you, IE: tubes,clutch/brake levers, cables for running repairs. I have just about got mine sorted, just need a set of cables. Would hate to be somewhere and not have the basics to keep running.

i have been looking for one also.
not found one yet

They are losing sight of what the people that ride classic bike want.
I go to some classic trials and their letting in bikes from the 2010s up in, yes they are barred from any championship etc, but they are still able to ride around with
all the old bikes, I guess its because these people still pay the entry fee
-
The Sammy Miller Series seems to be dying a slow death ?
my local Sammy Miller round was cancelled because there wasn't enough entry's

must be 78 or early 79. it still has the rear frame rail. the 2nd picture you posted of john, has no frame rail and you dated it as 79.
I have a Beamish without the rear frame rail and there late 79 early 80 so that fits with the first picture.

had a great afternoon practicing
-
Welcome to the site.
I went out yesterday for the first time on my Beamish Suzuki.
Had a great day
-
I have run the Beamish on Putoline TT Trial pro at 50:1 with shell V power today.
bike ran great.
Good clean throttle response and the fuel/oil mix feels about right, the fuel/air was just about spot on also
-
If you can get full length springs, they will be fine .
they use the spacer as its cheaper than having a full size spring
-
Back from a great afternoon, learnt a lot. 2 riders were good enough to spend some time with me got better as the day went on. tired out now though, I need a cold cider for sure. please with my first day, so 1st mission accomplished.

thanks for the great advice
I thought so too

It does what it says
It boosts the Octane rating a little of the fuel, I'd have thought it isn't needed in a trials bike as there not in a high state of tune.
