The Midland Classic Trial held at the lovely Dudwood farm
-
Was up there 2 weeks ago on hols.
I kept thinking, its a great place for trials.
Kept seeing sections wherever i went hahaha
-
Had a good day. the sun was out and the ground was perfect.
probably my best ride to date, don't want to tempt fate, but as far as i remember the 4th lap was all clean, if so that's a first for me lol
-
Asking an inflated price is one thing, very few sell for those prices.
-
Yeah the kick start is worn out so won't say closed.
Tank cable tied to the frame.
Side panels are bolted to the frame.
Exhaust has a jubilee clip on the join, instead of the pinch bolt.
A few no more Bodges also.
Yet they say it's an exceptional restoration.
It's a car dealer selling it, say no more.
-
That one on ebay won't sell for that though,
Have you had a close look at it.
Bodges everywhere, even the front tyre isn't a trial tyre
-
Bit of an update on my Beamish.
Have entered 8 and won my class 4 times.
In my first ever year riding trials.
-
Sounds better, i think..
yeah the longer header, but also the alloy mid section and modified silencer .
also no rattles, like just about every bulto i have heard lol
-
Seen this in action at the weekend.
Doesn't sound like a Bultaco.

-

Some people are putting them up for 2500, they very rarely sell them.
-
£1650 over riced for even a Ty needing nothing.
Hopefully you didn't buy it.
-
congrats on the first win Martin
-
Enjoyed the trial today.
Had a few new faces take part, which is nice to see.
-
Again, its a term people use, no one said its what the cops but on the ticket.
-
You being pedantic, it's a term.
Also To comply with those regs it needs to be a minimum size to fit everything on with the correct spacing, most trials bikes I have seen don't comply, so yes they are to small
-
Will cops now start targeting road trials.
Heard reports from a couple of rider's, that a cop just happen to be passing a road trial last month and he decided to pull everyone that came out the farm track on to the road.
Did them for small number plates and tyres not for road use.
If true, it could be the thin end of the wedge and it may give them the idea to set up outside these trials for easy money.
Anyone heard about it or was it just a rumour.
