Hi any one got a cota 311 cylinder head thermostat switch, or know where I can get one?????

Hi folks just bought a Montesa cota 311, it's got a few issues but not too bad, it's getting hot and the fan doesn't turn how do I test the fan? 12v battery? Cheers
