Hi Frost: And excuses as my English is not perfect. I will try to explain you the best I can.
You can race in Robregordo with any classic bike that is air cooled, 2 shocks and NO disck brakes (hidraulic).
There are 4 routes in the sections Master, Expert, Clubman and Begginers. And you can race with any bike you want in any route you choose.
There are separate categories for Pre-65, Pre-72, Pre-77 and Twinshock, but to race in this categories you must choose Clubman route. This is because this route is where you can get points for the Spanish and Madrid championships. In the rest of the routes all the bikes race mixed. There is no problem to see some sections the day before the trial so you can choose the best route for you and your bike.

I think with modern oils it is better 50:0.75 that is 1,5%. I use Myto oil in my Bultaco

Cleaning some old files from my compter, I have just found this original brochure about the Bultaco model 10 in English. Just notice in Bultaco 1965 they hand wrote some parts of the document for marketing. There where hard times in Spain....

Hi from Spain. I have a small collection of Bultaco trials bikes (all of them except model 27), although I like to buy them cheap and restore them myself as I enjoy doing this. I have several trials friends in UK, specially among classic drivers and have drived in some classic trials arround UK. I know what many of you think about some of the prices payed by Spanyards specially for Bultaco models 10 and 27, Ossa MAR first series and Montesa 247 Mk1 and Mk2.
5,600 USD is arround 3,900 Euros and I can tell you I can sell my Sammy Miller model 10 in less than 30 seconds here for that prize.
Recently we could see in a Spanish webb page a restored model 10 with no history at all for 11,000 Euros. There was a big noise in Spanish trials forums because of this. Are we stupid? somebody asked then. Maybe. But the forum member doing this question was "only" 22 years old, and we have to travel back in time to undestand why we can be so stupid.
You must think that when models 10 and 27 where produced; between 1964 and 1967 (arround 1000 units of model 10 and less than 700 of model 27 many of them destroyed and lost for ever), Spain was far away developed behind our European neighbours, and NOBODY here could afford to buy this bikes. All of them where exported to UK and specially US. We dreamed about having those bikes, and we dramed about driving them in trials, specially in Scotland, but very few could do it then.
Now there are many of those who dreamed about that, that can afford it, and can have this bikes and even use them arround in our classic trials. I think this madness is more about recovering impossible dreams from our youth and bringing back home the advanced bikes our poor industry then managed to built, and that we could not enjoy then, only reading about those foreign pilots using them; Sammy Miller, Mick Andrews.......
Maybe now you can undestand a little why in Spain nobody wants a SWM, but why we can become mad about having a 60

Just checking my Bultaco books and old photos I can see photos of models 91 and 92 with different hubs in both wheels. The books talk about the changes in frame, engine, brakes, yokes, chain tensor and exhaust and says this changes where gradually introduced in the model with the exception of the yokes and engine position rearwoods in the frame.
For example some units of 91 model have the triangular final exhaust, and some the boomerang "banana" one. The same for the rest of the changes. It looks front hub was one of the very first changes, so my 910007 must be one of the very few with the "heavy" hub.
Funny to see the price of the 91 model in 1972 in Spanish shops was 34,900 Pesetas, that

The proper shocks length is 34 cm. I think NJB Experts are the best for that bike, and if you paint them in the same red than the tank, the bike looks great.

Just some important tips about this bike if you are going to race trials with it.
It is very important you choose the proper shocks, because if you put longer ones or too slow, the rear wheel will rebound in some ocasions (mainly uphill with small stones). WES springs are very good for it in the front, but also again make it slow by cutting the aluminium cilynder to arround 3 cm.
The combination of fast springs in the front and longer shocks in the rear, makes this bike very difficult to control.
Frontera footrest fits perfect, are bigger than the original Sherpa ones and will give you a better stand and balance.
Brakes are VERY GOOD even when wet if they are fixed properly. I hope you show us the bike when it is finished. Good luck.

Hi MK1: Bautifull bike. It is a first series of model 91 because of the chassis just below the air filter and the hubs. Sorry to tell you that unfortunately your front hub does
