Hey anybody I need the center of fantic 301 engine case I busted mine splitting the r h side

Hey I have a 2002 315 r I just bought and trying to work out some bugs and my question is when I first crank it with choke on it revs extremely high till I can manage to get the choke off then seems to do ok and is the stock jetting what I need or can I get better performance with different jetting
