I'm a retired electrical engineer with an extensive laboratory and a decent hobby machine shop.  I love making things (and making them better).  I'm fairly new to trials (6 years as of 2018) but I've been involved with motorsports most of my life.  There's a special place in my heart for the simplicity and challenge of the two-stroke engine. To quote the late professor Gordon Blair, "...until you can put numbers on your problem, you are not yet at the beginnings of a science."
