    New Footpegs

More than likely you will just bend the mount. Carry a ten pound hammer in your truck and you can usually straighten it the first hit. Sounds crude, but effective.

    New Footpegs

Platform type pegs seem to improve all bikes, but everything is a trade off. You will never need another peg as the Hebos will be indestructable on the Beta. You will however bend or break the footpeg mounts. Also with the larger pegs you lose some of the ability to roll your boots off the pegs.
  3. Almost all bikes come rich from the factory as far as the main jet goes. Depending on altitude and who you are talking to it can be quite a difference of opinion (preferance) on the pilot jetting. At 6000 ft I run 130 main 27.5 pilot. Same jetting Zero, Techno, All the Rev 3`s.
  4. Time to change the steel clutch plate. With time the fiber plates swell which changes the height of the clutch `fingers` inside. Need to change one plate to the .3 or .4 to bring it back up to spec.
  5. Buddy trials. Two people, one bike , one footpeg each. one drives, the other hangs on the cross bar or wherever. Maybe A and B lines. Makes for great entertainment for everyone! Each section could be a challenge. Blind fold the driver, balls in a basket, hot dog on a string, egg on a spoon. The list goes on and on. Add canadian beer, way to much fun.
  6. Just move the whole assembly, No bleeding ten minute job!
  7. the manual states 1400cc dry and 1000cc with a oil change. the little scew in the clutch cover case is your oil level check. when drainig it`s the allan bolt. Never remove the 17mm head bolt directly under the clutch cover. (it holds the kickstarter mechanism in place) 260cc each fork. 5w spring side 20wt hydralic side.yes there was an excact measurement also ,but can`t place it. rear shock, the knob on the resivoir is compression, the one at the linkage side is rebound. can`t recall the fork adjustments as they seemed to change each year. Yellow fenders were a 92 model and white were 93.(the 90 model also had white fenders ,but not the checker board design on the tank)
  8. Looks to me like someone needs to try a new name instead of reviving a dead horse, again ,again then again. Don`t get me wrong I loved the Ossa I bought from Elliot Shultz during a trials school of his.
  9. Before anything else try removing/replacing the vent overflow valve. The ball tends to stick.
