After trying to find some hebo prices in the UK, I came across GasGasUK, which I have visited on many occasions, but have never looked around.
I came across this which is an online parts manual, you can easily, by the movement of a mouse, get the part number and discription of the part you are looking for/at.
Very handy, and good if you are stripping something down. I have also noticed the Sherco do this also, and maybe Beta/Scorpa etc etc?
Why not Montesa? With a company in trials as big as they are, I would have thought they would have dished out for an online manual of some sort...
As on RYP (www.rypusa.com) ryan has a download of sherco service manuals, maybe simple to make? Simple download rather then a classy flash one...but they are ALL very helpful to the user all the same, how many of you GasGas or Sherco riders have used these manuals before..?...im guessing quiet a few as I have seen the phase 'Go to RYP and download the Sherco Manual' many, many times before.
What is stopping Montesa? With a brand as big and as sucsessful as they are, they dont really like to show it off...
Not picking on the websites as such, but it is an honest OPINION, but usmontesa.com and sandifords dont really hold THAT much info on their bikes. No service/parts manuals, dont produce an online cataloge of their products (clothing for example) nore prices.
I do have a leaflet of the Montesa Clothing Range, but It would be nice to see an online one with the prices in english

Trials clothing has less padding I'd imagine...and possibly lighter in weight?

Vasoline is a lube, it wont dry out...

If you go here and click VIDEOS on the left hand side menu, there is a big picture of Raga and you can see which bars I mean.
Download the video also, very impressive.

This is the sort of thing that riders don't believe will happen until it does. As with some riders not wearing helmets...'I never crash, helmets are for wusses!'
Riders will think 'My renthals are strong and have managed to survive at least ___ crashes.' But what they dont realise is that they haven't at all survived it, the damage is there, and microscopic, the crashes will take there toll...microscopically...until they snap.
Check your bars regularly!

Just been looking at the bars on Adam Raga's gasgas, do these come standard with the 04?
I have also tried to find some, and I found a pair like it, but I'm unsure if they are the exact make. With the handlebars I found you must have specialised clamps for them.
For an idea of what there like they do not have a crossbrace and are a black colour and of a big thickness, does anyone have these bars also?

Sherco_dude has them on his Sherco. Been told he's very impressed with them.
They look good, but Im unsure about them, they have built in bar ends incase you didnt know, and it looks asthough they are made from a foam type stuff...not sure if I trust that.
And I am also told that they are very strong...
I'll deside on the reviews...

Is there an actual place where I can read what is exactly happening? Ive downloaded the action packs telling me to write, and indeed I will. But Im afraid Im not the only one who doesn't know exactly what is happening here.
It's hard to write a letter when you have little info on the letters subject.
Thanks

If its in a trial, go for the edges, there the shallowest bits. Or follow everyone elses tracks.

One of the lads on here sneeks his air filter into his coat pocket when his missus washes his riding gear...

Remove the tank and make sure that the bottom feed pipe is properly connected to the tap and the feed hole.
If the fuel is coming from where the tap actually connects on, chances are your seal would have gone, and needs to be replaced.
You might be able to go around it with a bit of silicon for a TEMPORARY solution, but Id get a second opinion on this.

I use Silkolene Foam Filter Oil, comes out in a blue, thin liquid and after about 5 minutes of massaging it into the filter it goes into a strong tacky substance then straight back into the air box.
Works very well.
Buy some of your own cheap washing up liquid so ya missus or whoever doesn't moan at you, and chuck a fair bit into a bucket of red hot water, clean the filter fully, and when complete, re-oil it.

Unscrew the alan key bolts as normal, anti-clockwise. You will have a nut on the back of the nut, which is about 10/11/12mm. You will need a spanner to grip this whilst you undo the nuts.
It is best to loosen them all off and then remove them by hand.
The sprocket will come straight off, when applying the new one, put it into place and loosly screw them up and then tighten each on up a little bit doing the opposite bolt each time, moving clockwise around the sprocket.
Now all the bolts are somewhat tight, you must now do the same as before but tightening them up fully and remember to tighten the opposite bolt each time so that the sprocket is in line.

I have some oil on the side of my right boot from a silencer a while back, the oil is immovable...any ideas for that?
Thought about using a heat gun at a far distancing and warming it up and wiping it away...would it work?
Thanks,
Matt

Running on Win XP, And when I clicked it It opened up Windows Media Player, it started downloading stuff, and it was downloading the 'codec' and it failed.
I hear the sounds, but no video.
I've tried clicking it, and also the 'Save Target As' method...Any Suggestions?

A while a go on TA I repied to a message asking about putting old engine oil on boots to keep them waterproofed and protected.
Not wanting to distroy the 'expensive clothing' topic with a reply to bikespaces message, I decided to put a new topic up.
What are your suggestions, recommendations and opinions on oiling the boots.
I have red hebo technicals...would you suggest it?
Reguards,
Matt.

I got the Xc-Ting Montesa kit. Very pricey.
Although it was money 'fairly' well spent, the price was something like

Noo, its enough by far. The argument is for LESS power. Like 80, 125 additions of the bike.
