Hi Atom, when you finished one of Dads section you find you have either screwed yaself into the ground becuase they are that tight or you turn yaself inside out. They are for them young ones or the Pro (Justin) or the Legend.

You should stick to the Beta mate the way you rode again last night. Taken you 10 months to get it right and then you are trading it in. Tell Mr Kemp i will have ya Cabber Rep.
Copemech you ride every thing in 2nd and higher is this due to the Sherco having a very low 1st gear or just you because Justin is never out of 1st even in the wet on tight stuff.

If you are puttig a new tyre on and the beads are all most touching put an inner tube in and blow up as far as you can. Leave in airing cuboard for a couple of days.
The wife wont like it but helps when trying to get it on the rim.
To get off the rim use a blunt spade, placenear the rim and stand on it.
Or buy a bead breaker, easy.

Cheers to all for the hard work put in but i think even if the sections were made easyer the day would have been one to forget, in football terms abandoned in the fist half. I take my hate off to the few observers who stood out in it and looked like they were having a great Sunday out in the fresh air and rather than being at home in the dry.
Is there anyone still in the field because they could not get their car out?
Look forward to next time and hope the riders do a bit better next week!

Years ago a rider i new would transport his bike in his caravan, in the morning after 1 or 2 the night before he would ride it out through the door.
In those day when cold the bikes would smoke for 3 or 4 mins antill warm, his caravan stank all the time of two stroke fumes but it was so funny to watch. So will it go in the door????
Do not let that betarev3 on your throne he sits on them back to front.

What do you eat the days leading up to a big event and what would i need to eat daily changed my energy levals they seem to be rock bottom all the time. I am a window cleaner so i lift my body weight a lot of times a day.

I suffer from cramping the next day is that lack of water.

Very intresting subject one we all would love to follow but i think age makes you look at what you eat and how you punish your body but the damage is normaly done by then i think?

Out of 7 or 8 Beta only had Problems with 2 but if i had not done anything to them they were totaly unriderble at longer lap events and waiting in gullys you would get thumping heads from the fuel pi#sing out. Glad i touched mine.
