  1. Sounds like the bearing is gone, you don't put grease in there, a new one is about 30pound The top hats are very tight , not sure if they come with bearing or I used to buy them separate.

  8. sounds like what happened to mine, take front pipe off and look at piston as mine was scored badly and the rings melted into it, had to have barrel recoated and new piston and rings, sorry mate .
  9. I've got the right bolts here and the proper Allen keys.
  10. I've taken one to m price engineering in ponty and they got it out with no damage.

  12. Fuming I came home from work to watch the indoor, it says its recorded x trial 98 mins but Poxy karting was on, so it says its on Thursday But only for an hour
  13. Nice venue I've had a few crashes on them rocks.
  14. I've known a few evos which rattled and turned out to be piston slap, if go up a size with the piston.
  15. The rear hose will go straight into ajp calliper, it's not ideal but it does work, and I had no problems changing clutch and front brake.
  16. Hi scott, like you i didnt finish i got pulled up just before petrol stop 5, i was ok in the sections but couldnt keep the pace across the moors, im already thinking ill be back next year as its an epic event, so i may see you there, i was number 98.
  17. Mine was a straight swap on the clutch but had to change the hose for the rear brake.
  18. Pretty sure its 19 mil, mine seem to fit fine without removing swing arm.
