cheers ksv i'll try some tinkering with it , everyone seems to be able to move there bike round quite easily ,it seems to be glued to the ground when i try it

i've never altered my rev'3 from it's factory settings, should i leave it as it is or alter it , on the back shock you can alter the speed of it what should i be aiming for a fast response or a slow one ? also what about the front i weigh about 14 stone if that helps , cheers mick

at 70:1 what does that work out to in ml for 5 litres, i've just been running mine at 50:1 ? without sounding too numb what difference does it make either semi or fully, the beta handbook just says synthetic ,just interested if anyone can enlighten me Thanks.

cheers guys for the help how ften do you clean the filter ? every time you go out, or wait till it looks like it needs doing, the manual reckons everytime but surely thats excessive?

is there an oil you soak your airfilter in, as i just took my filter out of my rev '3, and it feels oily ? uptil now on my old bike i just washed it through with petrol Thanks in advance.

somehow I don't think she'd go for that one stu, i'm lucky to get in the house sometimes she hates the smell of drying out trials gloves on the radiator to a point where, if i dont keep my eye on 'em she chucks 'em out before they're dry ,i keep tellin her it's a small sacrifice she has to put up with , to get some peace & quiet at weekends. she snores like a bloody train the cheeky mare anyway!

cheers guys, yeah stu thought i'd treat myself to a lovely new beta, it stayed in the dining room till christmas, much to the wifes disgust gotta admit after riding a '98 techno it sure feels good, still keep putting my feet down though, should have got the optional stabilisers

i've been sold some motul transoil 10w30 gearbox oil, is this any good ? as i've never used any motul stuff before, i've got an 04 rev'3 any comments on this product guys.

do you need a passport to goto ireland if you live in the uk anyone? as i fancy going , also has the british round been decided where its at? went to the sheffield indoor it was a cracking night out ,i now know why lampkin reckons raga is his main rival cheers mick.
