Sheared pin happened to me. I dumped the pin, tapped the sprocket and now use a set screw with some thread lock on it. Easy fix too.

Very comfortable with good protection. Mine broke in almost immediately. My only complaint, and it's kind of a biggie was that they wore out within a year. I'm on my 3rd year with my Gaerne. I'm sure there is people out there who have had better luck than I though.

Ill try to explain it as I know it but should probably just let Laser explain.
It's a way to attempt to balance import vs export and eliminate the U.S trade deficit. Exporters sell certificates to importers in an amount equal to how much of fair market value product the wish to sell.

Possibly...I believe Webb's only win last year came on a 2t.
I was able to follow the Pro's around at the RI Nats. I saw them at each section. I have to say that overall Cody's riding was spot on. Compared to everyone else he looked smoother, more confident and also seemed to do things with a lot less effort. Im not bashing on Smage either...he also looks good, but it seems as though Cody's riding has elevated to another level since last year.
Its ging to be interesting going westward. Those big boulders in CA and CO seemed to suit Smage....but I am sure these wins have got Webb's confidence ridin sky high. Its a toss up...I wouldnt bet against either one of them.

The auto decomp can cause the inner ratchet to break on the kicker. Which is an, already weak and hard to find part. Also you can use the kicker from an XR200, though their may be some mods you have to do.
One other good mod is to get rid of the linkage on the shifter and go direct to the shaft.
Doing these mods and cutting off the extra tabs on the frame and losing the lights can save you some #'s. If you don't care about the weight, no worries.

YYes..I failed to mention that in my post.

Your right it is the CRF100.
The cable problem....change out the stock throttle and have a custom made one done by BJ Racing.
I'm in the middle of doing mine over.
Body from BJ Racing
Hand Decomp Lever
Domino Throttle
Wes Exhaust
Waiting for....I'm rebuilding the motor this winter. Falcon shocks. Crf carb. New Gearing....and if I'm lucky, maybe a BJ Racing cylinder/head.
Good luck to you.

IIRC that's a tube type rim, which is fine. It's ok to run a tubless tire on a tube rim, but you may want to add another rim lock. You can run any trials tire you want...Michelin,803's,IRC....whatever. All are avaialble in the US. If your having trouble finding a dealer let me know and I'll find one close to you.

As far as your carb goes...
It seems the hot setup on your bike is to ditch the stock carb for a CRF 70 carb. I have heard of people getting them as cheap as 20$ for Fleabay. If you do a little research you can even find the jetting specs that have been found to work the best.
Lose that snorkel....it ain't helpin ya.
Make yourself familiar with the company I linked below. Great resource and good guys.

Good luck!

For future reference the best way to clean melted pant, boot, rubber or skin from a pipe is to get the pipe hot, either by running the motor a while or a torch, then spray on an oven cleaner like Easy Off onto the dirty part. The cleaner won't affect the pipe or any plating on the pipe but it can harm painted sufaces. It works great.

Check the throttle tube and make sure it's not catching. Also check the cable end on the throttle side.

Same here....just tried my new Jitsie Rails and I couldn't believe how well they fit. My only complaint is those buckles on the sides where you cinch them up tight. That buckle seems to turn on it's side. Not a big deal though but it does loosen the pant a bit.
My wife says a quick stick on the buckle will solve the problem.

I think it's a non Championship Class....

Get some jack chain(small chain) or even some old bicycle chain cut up into smaller pieces, put it in the pipe, tape up the ends and shake away. Works great.
-
Yes...This way. It even works with water or denatured alcohol.
That carb is clean compared to the on my bench right now.

In my opinion yes. If their not turd heaps people want big money for them. Those that have nice twin shocks generally keep them anyways. Also so few trials bikes are even brought into the states to begin with.
I have been looking for a decent twin shock and just ended up getting a Reflex. Plan is to hop it up a bit and have some fun.

Your a victim of owning a bike that at one point was ahead of it's time. Now, unfortunetly it's way behind.
