Another way to hold the brake lever pivot bolt is to slip a flat head screw driver between th nut and the cast frame bottom. The angle on the blade stops the nut moving and, as long as you rotate the nut onto the blade, does not damage the nut. I use ptfe tape on this bolt, it is easily undone and does not vibrate/turn lose. Cheers Loonal

You need to connect the removable tank left-hand hose joint (the left hand side near the headstock) to the frame tank movable nipple. The pipe goes round the front of the headstock. The tanks vent through the removable tank filler cap. Hope that helps. Loonal

Does anyone have pictures of a CCM 350 Trails without the seat & tank on. Tying to find out how the top tube & subframe look & work. Many Thanks in anticipation. Cheers LOONAL

May just be worth nipping the radiator cap tags just a little. This will tighten the cap on to the radiator a little more. If seats the cap better with a little more pressure. This once resolved a similar issue I had. Worth a try and costs nothing... Loonal

So Breagh what was the mod? Holes did you make them bigger or put them on the correctside of the boss? Most people forget to think about which way the clutch spins... LOONAL

Sounds good. Hey they do more than you think. I set mine up for an overnight long distance trial!!

Yes they are great bikes!! Had one for 8 months now. BUT do yourself a big favour take the grab rail off the rear mudguard. Your first steep drop, lean back, hit a lump & your wedding tackle will be removed!!! Trust me I know... said in a very high pitch voice. LOONAL

Might be a bit late, but drilling the holes in the clutch boss really does work. I have doe it on one Scorpa Trials & 2 T Rides all to good effect. http://www.thumperfaq.com/clutch_mods.htm LOONAL

Before you start taking the engine apart unplug the ECU & esure there is no water in the plug pins. A good clean in here can resolve a miltitude of sins. Worth a try as it is so simple... Cheers

Looks like the OSSA Explorer would be ideal!!!! Anyone tried one?
