Nope I am not the buyer, dont even have a bike . With parts getting rarer it may have been a bargain for someone and I guess there was more than one person bidding ? or was it a buy it now ?

Surely that depends if you need a seat. Lots of people are restoring these bikes and why not ?

Sorry if this has already been mentioned but apart from these videos showing that the bike hav indeed ceased forward motion and should have been classed as a five in my book....but do you think that it all depends on where the observer is standing or sitting at the time ? . Many times I have seen the observer move from one stationary point to another throughout a trial and so this can affect what they can actually see. If they were directly behind the bike and rider when the front wheel had stopped it would be hard to see. I too have observed many times and I do know that boredom or cramp or cold can make you want to walk about while observing but its just a thought !

if you remove that seat cover you will find the original plastic and a seat pad. tank cover is an after market item.

It was a great event, Bou is something else though I do wish they would sort out the live mixing though...keep the bike in frame at all times...spoilt it for me. It wasnt the best camera work I have ever seen.
