Please do ensure you are not overloading your vehicle. Check your handbook, look under the towing section. See what your max noseweight is. have a look at our rack autowbars.co.uk For a van, mpv etc we recommend the 4x4 rack as it brings the bike a little further away from the back of the vehicle.

I do know a certain person close to me that tried riding a bike in, popped a gentle wheelie, then tried to do some sort of front wheel stoppie when it landed in the front wheel holder. Flickinging the back wheel up and around did not happen tho, just made a mess of the tailgate on his lasses car. They are now not together !!!!!

Brian, can I use that in our instruction sheet? Would be great with a video too, maybe edit it for 2007 presentation Stu

The bike will move about a little, just make sure you use all of the strapping points, ours has 5, Just make sure whatever rack you use you strap it on TIGHT Then stop thinkging about it. If the towbar is there, so is thi bike If the footpegs look too close use a small elastic to hold them up. A cable tie each time costs pence, does the same job. There is no way a rack manufacturer/re-seller can guarantee that any bike will be OK on any certain car. I have used one for years on different vehicles, but you do have to take care! [quote name='Beta Bodger' So its a autotow bar rack or a new dave cooper trialer that should allow me to store it out of the way?????? time for a We also do VERY good trailers :-)

Ya can have a test day just fine, free maybe, but how many test days include the top men there. If you needed further info ya only had to ask. The UK public just dont seem to do that. I went on a Land Rover test day 2005 for the new Disco. Nobody there even new how to drive it. including the so called instructors. Granted it was FREE as they wanted me to spend

Weather forecasts for 2 weeks, how long does it take to move a couple o flags, THEES A NUTTER! See if they get tomorrows weather right ! Test sections ? How much time have folk got, how much availability of the land? WAKE UP PLEASE
-
Bit harsh that "theused" I DO KNOW that the UK ACU folk get a pittance travel expences, and there may be only 1 at an event and not every event will be somebody representinting the ACU, That person is subsidised by the FIM. There is no need for an ACU rep at every WTC round. Entry fees in the UK are up as clubs are having to pay landowners MORE
-
Well did anybody see it? More important did anybody record it? for their own viewing of course. if so I hope you will be inviting me to watch it with you
-
A few years ago the manufacturers asked the FIM to spread the WTC round a bit to get new continents/countries involved so as to expand their market. Now they wish they had not asked!!! How many bikes are they going to sell in Guatemala do you think!

RENNIE, in reply to your post, some of us including BDMC did not get home until late Monday AM. Then had to go to work after having 8 days of setting the trial out in terrible weather. Good job we use our holiday entitlement eh! Even I who have my own business can only spend so many days off related to trials. We have families/wives etc. (my wife hates trials) Return home again LATE Monday pm, and guess what. I WAS GOOSED. Please feel free to take part in the organisation in 2007, your input will be MOST welcome. It may well give you an insight into REALITY. But it seems you have never made a mistake have you. Stuart Cameron Bradford & Dist MC Sec. It's now Tuesday night and in the age of technology why are we having to wait so long for comprehensive accurate results? Just another thought: No wonder clubs struggle to get people to help out voluntarily when there are wingers like you.

An extra 3 sections means an extra 13.5 minutes riding time. Riders had 5 1/2 hrs it was well dark when the organisers had finished, then had to get something to eat before setting off for home Monday! How much longer do you want. It took over 1 hour to do 3 sections (easy ones) To me its time the riders found top gear! If there was 10 sections in a trial the riders always take their time.
